Staff was super sweet and kind, and loved seeing their selfie area being used, not to mention the drinks, they are to die for, one of the best boba places I've had so far in my boba journey.“
“A coworker recommended this place for a late apres work lunch and we loved it! There are so many interesting dishes to try so we will be back. The gyoza appy was delicious! So good we ate before taking a photo so you will have to take our word for it. YUMMY!“

“This place is a perfect example of what great customer service + amazing food presentation + even better taste. We have been coming here for almost 2 years & there has not been time where we were not asked how was everything? All the staff + Dhruv (Supervisor/ Manager), is the force behind the success of this location. We come with our 2 autistic children & if Dhruv is sees that kidos are not having a good day, he will personally deliver tye food to our table, the way we request it. Not only he will make sure the food is done to our requirement, he will even make pur overall experience exceptional by offering to take our family photo or giving us the food in the take out, without even asking for it. All in all, this location of the D Spot can be test case for many other cafés in Calgary that do not even come close to offering the same service + product!“
“Pawan is honestly such a nice person! Ordered a matcha latte and received the best customer service in drive thru. She didn’t just take my order and ignore me but engaged in conversation and was happy to interact with a customer. While doing this she also ensured other customers using drive thru were also being served as they rolled in behind me to order.This Starbucks location is lucky to have a hard worker like Pawan. Overall the staff is very friendly and I don’t mind the drive from my house to order from this location because of how nice all my encounters have been with staff at this location.“

“Little short story here. Melissa was the one who helped me taking the order. Bought a nice starbucks Christmas water bottle for my friend. It is made out of glass. I went to the bathroom and then I dropped the bottle on the floor and broke into pieces. I went back to the front counter to Melissa. I just wanna to notify them there are broken glasses on the bathroom floor and I am so sorry someone has to clean up my carelessness. I bought another mug for my friend (this time I picked a plastic one instead ?). Melissa who helped me not only comfort me for not worry about the broken pieces of glasses, she also only charged me the differences on the price of the 2 mugs. She was friendly and very nice dealing with my whole stupid mistake situation. Lastly of course the drinks I ordered were fantastic! Thanks Melissa, Merry Christmas!“
“Tried their NYE dinner buffet and were quiet impressed with the menu(Chef Macknel is brilliant) ! Loved the chickpea+cauliflower curry,soup, lamb, pimento cheese dip! The dessert section had a vast variety of dishes and that was easily the best dessert bar I have tried in Calgary! Kudos to the entire kitchen team.Our server for the evening was Najeer and he provided excellent service elevating the whole experience! Will definitely visit again“

Although I could make coffee at home, it isn’t accompanied by the same personalized service and friendly banter. The girls always remember my name, my order, and ask about my family. She could tell that I am not regular, but she still treated me with respect, humour and kindness. I’m on a tight budget, but the next time I have a few bucks left over, I’ll happily go back to this location.“
“I've been going to this location for many years now. The staff at this location are some of the sweetest and friendliest Starbucks barista I think you will ever meet. They provide outstanding customer service and often times if it's not too busy will have a conversation. Due to how long I have been going to this location I am on a first name basis with most of the staff at the location. Highly recommend this location to anyone. Fun, friendly, and a warm environment to enjoy a hot coffee or a cold drink. The Barista's at the location more or less at this point are now my friends.“
“I purchased a muffin and it seemed a bit dry. I guess I must have made a bit of a face while I took my first bite so the gentleman behind the counter asked if I didn’t like it. I mentioned the dryness and right away he remedied the situation and gave me a new muffin. He certainly was kind and his showing of concern seemed genuine. Thank you kind sir.“
