“I hate to say it: yuck.

I don’t often give terrible reviews, but unfortunately, this place has gone seriously downhill since my first visit.

Loved loved loved the place when it first opened couldn’t say enough good things about it. This is my third visit now. Tonight‘s visit was an absolute disappointment.

Calamari came out burnt and gross tasting.

I found a hair (not the long kind off of your head) in my bacon wrapped pickles, which admittedly were delicious until the very last one that had said hair in it.

And the steak bites were super gristly to the point where I couldn’t even swallow them.

After complaint to the server, they remade the entire order which I was very appreciative of.

However, the 2nd round of bacon wrapped pickles came out cold. Like actually remarkably cold to the touch.

The calamari, while hotter, still tasted as if the oil had not been changed in weeks and

the steak bites were also still gristly and COLD.

I don’t know if anyone has taught the chefs about food safe, but nothing came out to a remotely decent temperature other than the second round of calamari.

Sorry. Wish I had a better experience because places like this are the ones I usually love to support but I hate to say I will not be back.

This place needs a serious revamp and retrain of the kitchen staff.

Servers tried to correct and I appreciate their efforts.

“The strawberry acai refresher is my fave! I usually add 7 scoops of strawberries but I decided to go for the max amount because the strawberries are so good! I also got strawberry puree in it aswell which made it x10 better! I'm always getting it here“

“Went through the Drive thru this morning. Was running late for work but Kailia (cute blonde haired girl) working at the drive thru window at 10 AM, was such a delight. As I was waiting for my coffee; I’m usually anxious to get going but she calmed me right down by asking how my day was and what are my plans. The customer service here has always impressed me here and it keeps impressing me.

The only reason I didn’t give this place a 5 star for the food is because my caramel macchiato was a bit watery. But I understand perhaps there are some trainies still learning the techniques. Regardless; I’ll keep returning to this Starbucks cause the customer service is unbearable. Well done guys and gals.“

“Just picked up the Starbucks Guatemala Casi Cielo and it’s amazing. Medium roast with such a smooth balance the bright Meyer lemon notes really pop, and the cocoa nib finish makes it feel rich but not heavy. Perfect as a morning brew or an afternoon pick-me-up. Starbucks nailed it again with this single-origin coffee!“

“My son's 23rd birthday dinner. Beautiful restaurant, our server can't recall his name was very patient with us, we took a bit looking over menu. No complaints, I had requested a birthday drink or dessert and they delivered, very thoughtful. Overall happy with the experience.“

“The service is really good. Everyone is very friendly. I enjoy coming here your sausage and egg breakfast bun is not very good the way you do. Your eggs is very tasteless. A&w has a much better product but other than that everything is great. Here. Manager is good. The workers are good. Keep up the good work“

“This is a chain so take this review knowing to expect that it should be the same at all Tim locations. I’ve been here many times and usually get a medium dark roast with 3 oat milk, 2 Splenda. I also frequent the downtown locations. The farmers bacon breakfast wrap is my fave item. I rarely get donuts or sweets but have had the cookies and timbits. Standard sugar coated dough balls. Nothing unique here. I do enjoy the summer seasonal drinks. Service is good but the business model is based on high turnover. I have found that many locations aren’t as efficient as they could be and often gave huge lineups at certain times of day. An overall reliable place for a wrap or bagel or snack. You can find a Tim’s almost anywhere in Canada when travelling so the reliability and comfort of knowing what to expect is a bonus for many.“

You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it shows in how she handles every guest. Tim Hortons needs more like her. Promote her — she’s a gem.“
