“I love this place but was a bit disappointed that when we went to pay we had a gift card for 65.00 and they refused to honor it because there was new owners in August.
Not very good PR on there part.
Maybe in the future they should mention that to the clients so there is no surprise.“

“I am embarrassed to admit that I am one of those “the hotel restaurant is never any good” kind of people.
Everything that I sampled at this restaurant could make it a destination.
The shareable Szechuan cauliflower bites were unexpectedly, amazing!
The butter chicken was as tender and flavorful as any I have found.“

“The strawberry acai refresher is my fave! I usually add 7 scoops of strawberries but I decided to go for the max amount because the strawberries are so good! I also got strawberry puree in it aswell which made it x10 better! I'm always getting it here“
“had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Muskaan and Shaniya. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. They handled my order quickly and accurately, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a warm smile. Their professionalism and kindness made my visit enjoyable. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication—keep up the amazing work! Highly recommended.“
“I come in every day around 5:30 a.m., and I have to say, there is one person who has continuously caught my attention with her amazing customer service and hospitality. I’m not sure of her name every time I want to ask, it somehow slips my mind but she does wear a hijab.
She is always super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes my morning better. I will say that my experience at this Starbucks compared to other Starbucks locations has been completely different, and a big part of that is because of her. She truly stands out and deserves recognition for the way she treats customers.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks stores which unfortunately don't get a chance to go to often. If you're looking for a Starbucks with good vibes, staff, and service, for sure this is one of them. If you're visiting this store in the summer or spring, I would recommend the tables and seats outside.“

“Early morning on the way to Golden BC. We’ve decided to do a quick stop at Tim Hortons. This particular shop did an excellent service as we ordered 17 different items plus drinks. They did it so quickly for us. The place was so clean as well and staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend!“
“Excellent customer service! Belinda was extremely helpful, friendly, and cheerful. She went out of her way to help me with my coupon and made the whole experience really pleasant. I truly appreciated their kindness and great service. Definitely a great Tim Hortons experience!“
