Ice cream was extremely soft and melting even in the tubs in the display. Seems like there was something wrong with the freezer temp. I accidentally ordered the wrong flavor and the staff member knew this but didn’t offer to make it over for a positive customer experience. There was a line up and she was working by herself so maybe that was the reason. Even so, won’t be back.
I witnessed a true professional at work yesterday and wanted to congratulate the woman working on Aug 29 at 4 p.m. First day of school and many families were there celebrating with their delicious ice cream. The woman serving us had been dealing with line-ups since 2 p.m. by herself with no help expected until 5 p.m. but was totally calm, friendly, and efficient. No one in line got agitated because we could all see she was working hard to make each persons order to their specifications....read full review
