Please bring back old vegan butter chicken this new product is not good and not worth anywhere near the 20$ it costs. Service is good but charging this much for a bad product is not great.

I have been here a number of times and unfortunately drinks and food can be hit or miss.

I ordered an almond latte and it tasted like flavored hot water. It seemed they forgot the latte part.

Sweets are good however again it is not consistent. Some can be amazing and some leave you wishing for more.

This particular branch of the Remedy Cafe chain needs some tender loving care.
All too frequently out of my fave, banana bread.
Frequently out of decaf' espresso (no decaf' latte! Bummer!)
Men's washroom needs help --- urinal not working for over a week, just generally shabby and not kept clean.
Come on you guys, you can do better!

I have enjoyed my visits to Remedy here and there since 2019. The drinks were always great, and I really appreciated vegan options. However, the prices are crazy expensive, and food is mid. I ordered 2 drinks,2 vegan indian meals, and 1 red velvet cake . For the food taste-wise: butter chikin and chana masala was bland, underwhelming, and the portion size seemed off.
If you're looking for good Indian food, I suggest saving your money and supporting your local, authentic Indian restaurant.
As for vegan drinks and cakes, I do recommend enjoying it as a treat, occasionally just because of the increased price.
P.s. im sad your best vegan wrap is now discontinued. Also, ya'll need to update the menu board

To know remedy is to love remedy. I appreciate the plant based options and the support of local bakeries. The vegan Chana wrap is my favourite. I wish they would bring back the vegan chicken Chana wrap as it was the best!!!

If you need to use the washroom, go somewhere else. Even behind an alley dumpster is cleaner than their bathroom. The rest of the place doesnt look like they've ever wiped anything down. Pick a different Remedy to go to.

Can confirm that the prices on the handwritten board are inaccurate. Ordered a drip coffee priced on the board at $3 and was charged $4. Unfortunately there is frequently no one at the counter to take an order. It’s disappointing as it’s a nice location. Hopefully things improve.
