I purchased a butter chicken wrap from this establishment and unfortunately experienced significant stomach discomfort shortly afterward. While I understand that food sensitivities can vary, this was not a mild reactionโ€”it was severe enough to disrupt my day. I strongly urge the management to review their food safety and handling protocols. This experience was unacceptable.

I've been going to Remedy in Sherwood Park for 2 years now. The service is always excellent and the food is delicious! Very diverse menu with lots of options for all dietary restrictions. The space is very comfortable for studying, chatting or reading. Well located and there is parking underground too. Try their blue matcha!

I like remedy on a quiet weekend morning. The seating and vibe is trendy/hippy. Coffee is just ok and the food is hit or miss. But overall we like the laid back atmosphere, big lounge chairs, and location so we keep going back.

Iโ€™ve noticed improvement at this location and prices lining up with what is on the menu board. The coffee is really good and the staff have been very pleasant. Service can be a bit slow still - they seem to be a bit understaffed.

Wow! I remember when this place first opened, it was fabulous. Lots of food and drink options, seating and friendly staff. Whoever recently bought the place clearly has no concept of customer service. Walked in the other day for the first time in a few years and I was stunned. It was dark and dingy, most of the seating has been removed. The cooler that used to hold a variety of pastries was stripped down and the menu has been massively condensed. The only people sitting inside were the people who more than likely owned the place and only a single staff member.......what a shame.

Had the opportunity to stop in for bagel breakfast sandwich and coffee after our walk at Broadmoor Lake. Was really surprised at how big this place was. You can probably go there anytime and be sure you will get a table. Thinking it would be a go to meeting place because it is so large. Coffee was great and sandwich was very tasty . Check it out.

On the few occasions I'm in Sherwood Park, I feel glad this is here. But it's nowhere near as good as the Edmonton locations. Milkshake was watery from the moment she handed it to me, really just an overly sweet cold chai at a higher price. Barista cared 0%. Samosas still good.

There is no one FOH while lineups pile up every time I come in. There either needs to be a bell or someone needs to be checking more frequently for customers.

Please bring back old vegan butter chicken this new product is not good and not worth anywhere near the 20$ it costs. Service is good but charging this much for a bad product is not great.
