Tim Hortons in Sherwood Park

“I like to get a really toasted bagel. I asked for it to be triple toasted to convey the fact that I actually want a crispy bagel. It was soft and barely cooked.
The staff on the speaker were a bit snarky and didn't tell me my total. The gentleman at the window was curtious though and my beverage was hot.“

“I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, the service is fast, and everything tastes amazing. The new Pumpkin Iced Capp is so good, and the muffins are always fresh. The place is clean and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to grab a quick breakfast or coffee on the go. Highly recommend!“

“I stop by here almost every morning, and it’s honestly one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. You can tell the manager really looks after the team, because the staff are always upbeat and professional. The place is spotless, and I never end up waiting long since they’re quick to open another till when it gets busy. Every employee seems confident in what they’re doing, and the service is consistently smooth. Other Tim’s locations could definitely take a lesson from this one.”“

“Honestly don't understand why everyone seems to have issues at this location, I go here almost every day and the service is never really a problem. Unfortunately their drive through section is very short and backs onto the busy road if there's too many people so it's imperative they keep it moving at a steady pace but even then they are always as nice as possible when trying to speed people up. Food is always to standard, nothing spectacular but very rarely do I find any problems or missing items. Definitely one of my favorite locations, especially with how nice and cozy the inside atmosphere is.

Dietary restrictions: Always ask for at oat milk substitute for the ice capp and they always pull through! Very understanding staff.“
