Tim Hortons in Sherwood Park

“I like to get a really toasted bagel. I asked for it to be triple toasted to convey the fact that I actually want a crispy bagel. It was soft and barely cooked.
The staff on the speaker were a bit snarky and didn't tell me my total. The gentleman at the window was curtious though and my beverage was hot.“

“This location is always busy and full of line up, and I been going to this location for more than 10 years, my favourite was the steak breakfast and they always made it perfect for me, I highly recommend this location also to mentioned the staff are amazing and friendly“

“We were traveling along Highway 16 and stopped at a Tim Hortons along the way. Bhavy, who took our order, was absolutely fantastic! Despite how busy the location was, He handled everything with a friendly smile and professionalism. “2 cute, young, filipino boys by the names of sebastian and floyd are the most hardest of workers and it shows! these fine men need to be recognized for their hardship and strong working mentality. i wish these boys the finest of luck on their future endeavors. i remeber this one time these boys were having fun while working hard and it reminded me of when i was a young lad. ohh the memories, sweet memories. anyways... these boys should recieve the highest of raises and the finest of celebrations. you truly have some gems on your hands. thank for greatly for the amazing service and brilliant workers you have on shift. thank you, truly.“

“The food, well it's corporate garbage. However the staff I find the most expedient and accurate of any Tim's I go to. Always have been served with a smile, unless it's 6am but who's smiling than anyway. The employees are awesome. The only negative thing I have to say is needing to ring the bell to have the staff come to the counter from drive thru, I don't like having to treat people as dogs coming to a whistle.“

“This young man, i believe his name his jared. about 5'2 and a filipino. Goodness me, what a kind and helpful young man. I have been retired for 15 years and never have i ever been treated in a tim hortons like this. every afternoon in the sotrefront, this unbelieveable young kiddo, he would alwyas tell me stories about his day to day life of being ina society with asian oppresion. I truly feel the feels for this young man as i am a old asian guy. when i look at him, it reminds me of my golden childhood here in canada... ahh the good ol days. I order french vanilal everytime and i can tell that he makes it with love and care. give this young man a raise! a celebration! anyways awesome team awesome staff awesome service truuly love it.“

“Always a quick in and out service, friendly staff. The key board warriors say different. Its a fast food coffee and doughnut shop, not a high end restsurant. Ive had only had one mistake here in many years with coffee instead of tea, to error is human. Keep up the great service folks.“

“Honestly don't understand why everyone seems to have issues at this location, I go here almost every day and the service is never really a problem. Unfortunately their drive through section is very short and backs onto the busy road if there's too many people so it's imperative they keep it moving at a steady pace but even then they are always as nice as possible when trying to speed people up. Food is always to standard, nothing spectacular but very rarely do I find any problems or missing items. Definitely one of my favorite locations, especially with how nice and cozy the inside atmosphere is.

Dietary restrictions: Always ask for at oat milk substitute for the ice capp and they always pull through! Very understanding staff.“
