“Had an awesome experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Ravjit! She was really helpful and explained the payment options clearly. I wasn’t sure how the payment worked since the it seems like some of the stores were experiencing technical issues for payment but she took the time to explain everything and was really great about it.

I was at this Tim Horton earlier today then I heard one customer complaining about their coffee. The immigrant customer ended up saying something like “these workers should learn how to speak English”. This really pissed me off especially with the great experience I was having with the workers. Then I opened the reviews and saw that customer complaining here as if he wasn’t the one at fault all along.

“This is my morning stop Timmy's because of the staff. Ms. Sanju in the drive thru is wonderful. I pull up and as soon as my drink order is out of my mouth she already knows what else I want. Even when I was driving my nephew to school she would know both of our orders. Your drive thru staff are amazing! They are also very fast I get to the window and pay and my order is ready for me. Sanju you are a doll!“

“Its was really nice visit, good staff member always smiling and ready to help. I visited in the afternoon and got everything fresh. Staff names were Ross, Arun, Brijesh and one more girl forgot the name.

“This is location inside the Walmart store is awesome. Every team member working there is very nice and polite towards customers and serving food and beverages really fresh . The quality is just wow . Comfort place to visit after having groceries done“

“A very pleasant Tim Hortons in the UofA area that is located on the ground floor of a large atrium that connects two buildings. Access is off 114 St.

This is a mall type coffee shop with no drive thru window and in this case there is no parking. It's a walking destination. There is lots of seating, some of it comfortable chairs, making for a nice place to have a coffee break. Most of the people using this Tim Hortons work in either of the two large buildings on either side of the atrium. There is also some nice art in the atrium.

When the weather is pleasant there are two nice outdoor semi circular seating areas (not an actual restaurant patio) that are located on the south east corner of 114 St and 87 Ave and the other is at the south west corner of 112 St and 87 Ave (basically the north west and north east corners of this large building)“

“The variant of donuts,muffins and timbits are alot. Have lots of tables,have self service too,the service were so nice,i had chocolate croissant and they offered to reheat which is so good,and the best from all is the cappuccino,tried at 4 different Tim Horton's and this was the best,the balance of the milk and coffee are excellent so it serves hot bit longer and taste really great.“

“I got a small tea. I wasn’t sure what to get and the worker recommended a peppermint tea with honey. Which was really good. She also recommended a cheese tea biscuit and even warmed it up for me. “Wonderful location, I am a regular. Food is good and cooked throughly, drinks never disappoint me. JenRey always makes sure I get the right order, and provides very quick service! On the rare chance that I come in on mornings, Scarlet provides some of the best service I’ve ever received, very compassionate and efficient person. No complaints here, but I usually come in later at night and it’s always just one person who seems to be working and closing the store, no matter how busy it gets. Seems like a safety hazard. I thought a canadian company would support its employees better, but I guess not which is highly disappointing considering how hard these people work. Tim Hortons should really take better care of their employees.“

“Stopped in to grab some drinks and snacks. Sat down as it was after dinner. On google the store opens till 10pm but we got asked to leave a few minutes after sitting down, told 8pm was closing time.
