I was at this Tim Horton earlier today then I heard one customer complaining about their coffee. The immigrant customer ended up saying something like “these workers should learn how to speak English”. This really pissed me off especially with the great experience I was having with the workers. Then I opened the reviews and saw that customer complaining here as if he wasn’t the one at fault all along.

“Staff are very friendly and well mannered, but one staff member in particular has made this location my go to. Finn is the MVE (most valuable employee) of the Oxford Tim’s, he is polite and very thorough on making sure my order is right and that everything tastes as it should. He recognizes my vehicle and my order and makes sure to have a puppy timbit ready for my dog at the window. All the staff are lovely but Finn is the real reason I’m a return customer to this Tim’s, even when it’s not the location closest to me, keep up the great work my dude!!“

“This location is usually always busy, but that means (usually) better fresher coffee/food tho you sometimes wait a few mins once you place that order your stuff arrives fast, hot and freshly prepared. The less busy locations (in my opinion) typically u don't wait in line to order, but you WAIT and WAIT for your stuff to get made and (again in my opinion) it usually kind of sucks. NOT the case here at all!“

“I visit here time to time and I was always assisted by Garry! Every time, every order, from start to finish, I was greeted by a warm welcome and smile, and in between he engages in small talk to keep the vibe and atmosphere going and engaging for other customers as well. For instance, there was this one day where he was very busy with other customers and orders but still maintained the commitment to ensure that top-tier service was still provided regardless of him being busy. 10/10 would recommend to come here!“

“A very pleasant Tim Hortons in the UofA area that is located on the ground floor of a large atrium that connects two buildings. Access is off 114 St.

This is a mall type coffee shop with no drive thru window and in this case there is no parking. It's a walking destination. There is lots of seating, some of it comfortable chairs, making for a nice place to have a coffee break. Most of the people using this Tim Hortons work in either of the two large buildings on either side of the atrium. There is also some nice art in the atrium.

When the weather is pleasant there are two nice outdoor semi circular seating areas (not an actual restaurant patio) that are located on the south east corner of 114 St and 87 Ave and the other is at the south west corner of 112 St and 87 Ave (basically the north west and north east corners of this large building)“

“This is our go-to Tim Hortons! One of the reasons we keep coming back is that they're one of the few locations in the area that consistently carries English Breakfast tea.

The evening team is who we usually see, and they are always friendly, welcoming, and provide great customer service. On the rare occasion that a mistake is made with an order, they are quick to apologize and make it right without any hassle.

“Stopped in to grab some drinks and snacks. Sat down as it was after dinner. On google the store opens till 10pm but we got asked to leave a few minutes after sitting down, told 8pm was closing time. Hot tip for busy days: order ahead on the app and give plenty of time before you pick up. If you order in line and there’s 50 people infront of you for lunch, of course you’ll be waiting a while for your food!“

“I had an exceptional experience at the Tim Hortons located at 6234 Currents Dr NW, Edmonton, AB T6W 0J2, Canada, and truly want to recognize one of their team members, Kashish, for her honesty and professionalism.

Yesterday, I accidentally left my wallet behind. When I called about 30 minutes later, Kashish answered the phone. She was incredibly attentive and immediately asked where I had been sitting. She went straight to the spot, found my wallet, carefully checked the ID inside to confirm it was mine, and secured it safely in the management office.

When I returned about an hour later, everything was exactly as I left it — all my IDs, credit cards, and cash were intact. That level of integrity and care is rare and deserves to be acknowledged.
