“I often get groceries at the Save On Foods beside this location and most always stop on my way home to grab something. Staff are always friendly and location is always clean. Parking can be a bit of a hassle at times because of where it is situated but there is parking in the nearby Save On Foods lot.“
“I go here regularly for coffee. Most of the staff is very friendly and the food is good (for a Tim’s, as we all know they can be very hit or miss at every location but this location seems to do more hits than misses)I heard the staff making fun of me one time because I pronounced coffee wrong or something like that but they are normally nice so I’ll forget about it, but still like why did they care so much it’s not that serious..“
“Made me a farmers wrap just how they are supposed to be made like they used to be made... Thank you!Lots of egg, perfect amount of sauce, wrapped nicely not messy/greasy, hash brown was fresh and it had a lot of bacon and sausage as I paid for both! Delicious.“
“Not a bad tims. Inside is nothing much to look at as its shared with a gas station. But all in all not a bad experince. Does get quite busy in the mornings so expect to wait a bit. Traffic control is less then ideal as the drive through line blocks people from going to or leaving the gas pumps, but there isnt much they can do about that“

“It's Timmies so you don't go there for a gourmet meal but what does make this my go to when in St.Albert is the friendly staff.The service both in store and drive through are done with a smile and a greeting.Lots of parking availble ,but the first timers might find it a bit confusing to get to the lot.“
“I’ve gone here multiple times over the last 7 years but as of next week I’m I’ll be officially moving to Fort Saskatchewan so I’ll be back way less frequently. So I just wanted to say thank you to this Tims as I’ve walked to it way too many times to count as I lived like a 7 minute walk away across the river behind the mall. Anyways sometimes in the 7 years hasn’t always been perfect but I’m very understanding and I’m always patient as I respect those that work at this Tims as it looks chaotic at times but they always do well for me. Basically thank you for the last 7 years and the many breakfast wraps, English muffins and ice Capps. Oh also the grilled cheese and wedges too. I do PPV to come back ever now and then if I’m in town. But my time in St Albert as a main resident is switching to Fort Saskatchewan next Monday. It’s been good ? cheers to this Timmy’s in the mall.“
“Consistant and familiar. Got a weak hot chocolate (syrup ran out) so I had to get a new one. It was a small inconvenience but I realized it has happened to me several times over the years. It must happen to everybody at some point and seems like a problem that should be easy to fix. Corporate communication gaps?“

“This is the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I can say I stop In almost everyday late at night to chat with the friendly staff and have a coffee with a few friends. They work hard, they're efficient and they really have become friends to me. I only go during the night when it's empty so I only know certain staff but Isaac, Alan, Lhyan, John, Karen, and many other staff are excellent. Just wanted to leave a good review :)“
