“Generally very good, but they need to work on acknowledging customers INSIDE in a timely manner and not solely the drive thru. However - have never had bad coffee or food from this location. Way better than almost every gas station Timmy’s in Edmonton.“
“Hands down the best Tim Hortons in St. Albert! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. They greet me by name every time I come in, my order is always correct, and it's always ready on time. Since I work right beside them, I'm there often, and they've consistently gone above and beyond. When I'm busy at work, they've even brought my order over to me. You can tell they truly care about everyone who walks through the door, including their own employees. Amazing service and an amazing team!“
“THIS IS A NEWLY RENOVATED PLACE, BUT ITS DIRTY. SOMETIMES THE COUNTER DOESNT HAVE ANY CREW TO ENTERTAIN THE CUSTOMERS. AND THE SOMETIMES THE CREWS ARE VERY LOUD, TALKING AND LAUGHING. NEWLY RENOVATED BUT ITS DIRTY AND LOTS OF FLIES INSIDE.... SORRY, JUST AN HONEST REVIEW..THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD CHECK THIS FACILITY. NOBODY IS IN THE COUNTER AND THEY ARE LOTS OF THEM INSIDE TALKING AND LAUGHING....POOR MANAGEMENT. FLOORS ARE DIRTY AND TABLES AND CHAIRS.....“
“I live close to the Tim Hortons in St. Albert Centre. So I go here almost every day on my way to Edmonton. I'm a runner so I need my large double doubles coffee for energy before my very long runs. They aways do a great job with making the coffee, especially the trainee, Amanpreet. I always hope she's working because she makes my coffee perfectly. I hope she becomes a full time employee at this Tim Hortons.“
“I came in around 6 PM last week, and it felt like they might have been short-staffed or had mostly trainees on shift. One young lady staff member handled everything, taking orders at the front, preparing drinks, making bagels, and even managing the drive-thru. I really appreciate her effort. That said, all the staff at this store are great. They deserve 5 stars for their service and friendly attitude.“
