This McDonald's location is known for its cleanliness, with many reviews praising the spotless restaurant, bathroom, and tables. The staff is consistently described as friendly and helpful, with particular appreciation for their quick service at the drive-thru and their willingness to go above and beyond, such as assisting with large group celebrations and special requests. The inside play park is also kept clean, making it a popular spot for families with kids who enjoy the area.
However, there are some recurring issues. One common complaint is the missing nugget sauce in takeout bags, which often leaves customers disappointed and rummaging through their fridge for alternatives. There was also a negative experience involving incorrect order modifications, which led to frustration and a decision not to return.
Customers frequently highlight the quality of fries, noting that they are never cheaped out on despite rising prices. The staff’s kindness extends to special circumstances as well, with one customer thanking employees for providing a strawberry shake during a hypoglycemic episode.
Overall, this McDonald's is appreciated for its cleanliness, friendly staff, good service, and family-friendly environment, though attention to order accuracy could improve the experience.
