“I called today to make sure they had my favorite soup. The lady on the phone (sorry I forgot her name) was very polite when she let me know they had it. She called me back a couple minutes after to give me a heads up that they were closing at 3 (I called at 2:40pm) and she wanted to make sure I didn't show up after they closed. I thought this was very thoughtful of her to do and really appreciated the customer service!“

“Sam’s Pizza was recommended to us by family in Spruce Grove. We had just finished a 12.5 hour drive straight from Winnipeg & we were tired & hungry & ready to check into our hotel. We walked into Sam’s right at closing time when things were all cleaned up. Sam was THE BEST & went out of his way to make us a couple of custom pizzas. He was very hospitable & friendly as we waited. We took our pizzas back to the hotel only to experience the BEST pizzas & a very satisfying experience. We will definitely come back again the next time we travel to Spruce. If you haven’t been to Sam’s, you gotta go! SAM, YOU ROCK!!!!!“
