“I am up in Sherwood park staying at the Best Western just down the street! I’m the talent acquisition manager for a trucking company, and I’m up here hiring drivers, because we are expanding, so trying to find a quick good meal in between interviews is so hard! This place has a blow me away!!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The food is beyond amazing! And so much food for the amount of money that you pay it is unbelievable! “Sean was an absolute gem. We came in for breakfast super jet lagged from our flight home from Paris, and he was such a ray of sunshine to be greeted and served by. “I usually order a panago pizza with vegan cheese when I need a quick and easy lunch for me and my 2 kids and don't want to pay for an artisan pizza. They just switched to a new vegan cheese and it is awful. Awful texture, awful taste, and looks disgusting. I won't be ordering again.“

“Had a good experience at Sumo Sumo, the atmosphere was delightful, the server was very helpful and attentive, but unfortunately the food was somewhat of a miss.

I ordered the Joes special roll and the crab and salmon balls. The sushi was alright but the pieces were cut so big it was difficult to eat it. The crab and salmon special was 90% crab and tasted like it was just a gourmet California roll. The smoked salmon didn’t feel like it fit well taste-wise with the dish and there was very little mango sauce to balance out the flavours. It mainly tasted like I was just eating imitation crab.

While the service was incredible, the food ultimately just wasn’t a huge hit for me compared to some other sushi places in Sherwood Park.“

“If you stop at the restaurant in Sherwood Park (Alberta) I hope you are lucky enough to be greeted and served by Neelam N. She is prompt, efficient and welcoming- she checked back with me soon after delivering my breakfast to see if everything was ok and if there was anything else I needed; and without me asking, she was back with the coffee pot to see if I’d like a warm up or refill. As I was leaving she thanked me for coming in and hoped to see me again. She is definitely an asset to the company.“
