Management and staff were absolutely fantastic. They accommodated every one of our needs and did so without hesitation. They offered us a private room for our group and ensured we had everything we needed to make the evening special for my wife. All enjoyed delicious food and drink served to us by a caring, attentive, and clearly expert server Michelle, who pulled out all the stops to ensure we were all happy and satisfied!

We returned again on Friday and were lucky to have the same waitress—once again, she went above and beyond. “Had a fantastic experience at Steels Cafe and Grill during the BX West Christmas party. This venue was an excellent choice for an afternoon business networking event, and it delivered on every level. The space is open, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of extra room. We were able to host our networking group off to the side, be energetic and conversational, and still not interfere with the regular flow of customers. At the same time, the restaurant maintained strong traffic, which speaks volumes about how well the space functions.

The food was outstanding. I had the Royal Burger, and it was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in the west end. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Looking around the room, it was clear the rest of the menu was hitting just as well with everyone at the table.

Location-wise, Steels is a great west-end spot with easy access and a welcoming atmosphere that works perfectly for business meetings, networking events, and group gatherings. The staff handled the crowd effortlessly and made it easy for our event to run smoothly.

If you’re looking for a place in Edmonton to host a networking event while enjoying excellent food and a spacious, functional venue, Steels Cafe and Grill is a strong recommendation. I would absolutely host another business event here.“

“I was surprised to find out they make breakfast and that all menu items are available 24/7 at this location. I tried the sausage egg wrap and it’s now my favourite breakfast wrap in Edmonton! I love that they use tator tots, fresh cracked eggs and you can top it any way you like…mayo, tomatoes, black olives and onions! Aman and Harjit are always smiling and welcoming… great, friendly service! Will be a regular at this place for breakfasts wraps!“

“Update. We ordered Swiss Chalet this time. Take out. Food was ready by the time we got there. It was busy but they helped as quickly as possible.

It's what you expect at Harveys. That's why it is a 5 star because it met all expectations of a Harveys. Expect they actually met have exceeded expectations as I put in a mobile order that only allowed me to say take out. But I wanted to dine-in. And the guy prepping the meal, asked me to have a seat and he'd bring the full order to the table.
