“Definitely a hidden gem. Only complaint is we waited for over 50 minutes and there was only one other table occupied when we walked in.The food was delicious, hot and more than enough as a serving. Their potato soup was the best I've had in a long time. Our server was friendly and efficient filling water, checking on us and remembering a takeout order before we left. Their breakfast looks so good and next on the agenda. Try this place out, you won't be sorry.“
“We tried the very first night of the taco buffet. The service was fabulous. The selection on the buffet was very good. Most of the items were also very good. I do have a few reasons for not giving a full five stars. 1. The beef taco meat really needed more seasoning. 2. The churros were very hard, which I assume was a timing issue. 3. If you look at the buffet menu that I've uploaded with this review, you will see Mexican sodas listed as part of the buffet menu. This implies that at least one would be included with the buffet. The deep fried ice cream on the menu is listed the same way and is included. The sodas are not included. There is absolutely nothing on the menu to make this distinction. At a minimum they should warn you when you order a Mexican soda that it is not included. Even better, due to the way the buffet menu is written, they should warn you before you start your buffet. I should have asked, and they should have made it more clear.“
“Fun fact: My grandma was the first customer at this location ?.We really enjoyed our breakfast here this morning. I had the smoked meat Panini, though I usually have the eggs benny. The fact of the matter is that, at this location, you'll love whatever you get. The food is reliably high in quality, taste, and it gets to your table very quickly. You can have a quick bite and a dine-in experience all at once here-- they're very attentive and efficient.There was a hostess today, idk her name, but she had the lip piercing and blonde hair. She was super nice and my grandma especially loved her awesome, upbeat attitude & friendliness. People like that are what make restaurant experiences so great.“
“We just ordered delivery from the St. Albert location and the food was amazing, everything was delicious and we had the waffle eggs Benedict, the food was fresh and extremely tasty, I even called the restaurant to let them know how much we enjoyed our meal, and if I could cook like that I would never leave the house, fantastic food!“
“This place has amazing food, very nice staff and a very cool atmosphere. There are fun signs everywhere and so many delicious options on the menu that will make us come back a number of times. The milkshakes are definitely worth trying as well.“
“I've heard of great things about Barb & Ernie's, and today I finally had the pleasure of going in and trying the place out for myself. The staff were wonderfully friendly, and service was very quick! The atmosphere as well was phenomenal, very down to earth & homey. That's not even to mention the food! I got the salmon eggs Benedict, which came with a giant helping of salmon on the side in addition to the large portion on the Benny itself. I went with my sister who got barbs omelet, which was skillet sized and cooked to perfection. The best part for me was probably the homemade mustard, that slathered on their bratwurst was so good if I hadn't been stuffed to bursting I would've gotten more! All in all this place out-did my wildest expectations, and going in my expectations were pretty high. I plan to make my way through their menu quickly, and can't wait to come back!“

“I highly recommend visiting the wonderful Asian style Friends & Neighbours Cafe on Whyte Ave. There is much to offer. They have a great variety of items to select from on the menu. They offer food for both eaters of meat dishes and for vegans. The service is excellent and the atmosphere of the Cafe is cozy and delightful. There are artworks to view on the walls which are very fascinating to look at.“

“Great brunch and awesome service. I highly recommend the Chicken Fajita omelette. And the Sonoma omelette. They were awesome. We were served by Grace Z and she was excellent! Very attentive and always helpful. Not sure who the restaurant guest services individual was as she didn't have a name tag but she was personable and friendly. Because of the food but mostly the service, we'll be back again and again! Best IHOP visit to date.“

“I really like this place! Their breakfasts and lunches are just great! Usually it’s not very busy, always clean and welcoming! Good variety of dishes to choose from and not too pricy. Today had my breakfast there and Ranjitha – one of their staff was just amazing – polite, attentive with positive attitude. The only con I can think of is that sometimes their music is just too loud and together with people talking it can be a bit tiring. But surely will be back again!“
“I love this Cora’s! I’ve been to a few of the others but this one is my favourite and it’s close to my Father in Law’s home. We bring him out every couple weeks and we love it as it’s a little smaller and cozy. Love the staff and food!!“
