“I have posted a very detailed 5 rating on this place a number of times, and it keeps disappearing so I posted this again. The food is great and has lots of gluten friendly choices. Service is friendly, quick and helpful. Also, the place us spotlessly clean, which is a vig deal to me. Post Covid, a lot of restaurants are falling down badly in the cleanliness department.“

“What a wonderful restaurant. Very friendly service. When we walked in we were greeted with some fresh brewed tea and baklava on the house while we ordered. The food was fresh and very tasty, easily one of the best Shawarma places in town. Abo Elabd’s service in particular was phenomenal. Recommend!“

“LARGE portions and everything tasted fresh!!! We went in as a large group but they the food came out really quickly and the owners were super nice!! It felt like a family-owned place so its nice supporting local owners.Huge portions for the donair poutine and good options for platter and wraps! Really good price for the portion size. A few vegetarian options as well! They had a vegetable platter which came with 3 salads and 8 falafels. It was about $15.75 and came with hummus and sour cream. I also did takeout after tasting the food and being surprised by the portion sizes. They had a few tables inside to accommodate a decent number of people. Overall super good experience. Will be coming back! :)“

“The food was good but when we ordered the food it took too long for it to come. When we finished we ordered tea and while waiting for that also ordered some more fries. Took way to long for the food to come and then ordered ice creams and that also took way to long.“

“BEST DONAIR IVE EVER HAD !!! just stopped here for lunch & I haven't had a donair this good since the late 80's early 90's it was how good I remember donairs tasting in this city when I was a kid on par with Charles Smart ! Amazing !!!“

“To be honest, I don’t love donair, but I really like their chicken shawarma and onion rings.Besides the food, the service is absolutely amazing, it’s always the same man at the register, and he is super nice.He has offered me free drinks and food, but I usually have my own drink from the circle k lol, but still super super nice.Best place for a quick shawarma or donair, and they offer tons of other stuff as well.“

“I placed an order for the beef kabob platter and the meat pie. The kabob platter was a typical Middle Eastern dish. The sirloin beef cubes were succulent, although occasionally slightly chewy. Nevertheless, they were well done, tender and tasty. The meat pie was well-seasoned and served warm on an attractive wooden platter. The bread was warm, fluffy, and enjoyable. The fries were crispy, and the white rice was well-buttered, aromatic, and a comfortable pilaf on the palate, even though it was just plain white rice. A complimentary large pita bread, fresh from the oven, is provided, accompanied by hummus, yogurt dip, and a delectable Turkish salsa (name unknown). Complimentary tea is also offered. Our meal was enjoyable, and the table service was standard, without any exceptional features. It is important to note that water service is not provided, and water must be purchased. Additionally, the establishment charges a 1.25% fee for using a credit card.“

“This place has the hands down best donair in the city. What separates them from the rest is they toast their donairs in a panini press with some seasons added on the outside of the wrap. It's such a nice crunch and the flavour is amazing. I always stop by when im in the area.“

“We ordered take out and were very impressed and really enjoyed our platters. The pitas were super fresh, the lamb, jerk chicken and chicken kebabs were super tasty loaded with flavor. All the sides were tasty and portions were generous. Would absolutely recommend and will absolutely be back again to try more off the menu.“

“Spent hours here last night and will definitely be back. The caprese salad was the best I've ever had as was the seafood platter. Everything was flavored and cooked perfectly! “Amazing for the Muslim community, as I witnessed astounding customer service between Mohammed (a muscular gent with glasses) and an older gentleman. As well as beautiful non-english music. Remembering orders, greetings to those who have English as a second language. The seating is the most comfortable I've sat on in any small establishment, with amazing smelling food.“

A mediterranean restaurant on 124st serving halal meats and specializing in varying types of hummus.I am always on the look out for new and tasty restaurants in Edmonton that have a large vegetarian selection (for my partner) so when I saw Vish come across my instagram, it sounded like somewhere we had to try.We went to check it out on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. We thought it would be busy but it really wasn't too bad. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a big window giving it lots of natural sunlight and making for a great people watching spot. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly and attentive.Vish is a order at the counter place, take a seat and they will bring your food to your table kind of place. The menu is pretty big and we had a hard time choosing what we wanted to try for our first time there but we ultimately settled on a BBQ pulled beef pocket, a vegetarian chicken pocket and the Complete Vish hummus.Initial thoughts were that it was a decent amount of food but wouldn't be too much and that everything looked really good. The pockets were delicious and incredibly filling. I really didn't think i would be as full as I was at the end. I guess I probably could have done without the complete vish but I really REALLY wanted to try one of their hummus dishes. Zero regrets. lol. My partner loved his fake chicken pocket too and he even got an extra pita for the hummus bowl.Conclusion: We really enjoyed Vish and found it to be a great sunny day lunch spot. We'll certainly be back. Next up to try will be one of Vish's combo plates. They looked so good on the insta page and happened to eye ball one another patron was having.“

“Amazing services, staff are super welcoming. Clean place. Prices are decent. Can’t stop hyping this place up the food and plates are so professionally done. Owners are very nice guys. We ordered for 8 which included Chicken shawarma plates, hummus, the kabab dishes which includes kafta, chicken and meat, fries, rice, tabouli, fatoush, lentil soup. Absolutely delicious and amazing looking dishes. Highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Surprised their Americano Misto isn’t better known on the 104 st area. I normally don’t finish the ones from other places from being burnt, etc. lots of flavour.Breakfast sandwich was fresh and well made too. Reminded me of the breakfast sandwiches at the little Brazilian place that used to be on 104 st.It was a perfect place for a morning break.Location was clean, open, bright, big windows, inviting and the owner very welcoming.“
