“Simply amazing dark rum!I'd seen an ad on Instagram for their rums. Thought they looked and sounded interesting.I really wanted to sample before I purchased any.Yesterday my wife and I were in Edmonton transcending dental medication.After our appointments we drove St. Albert found the DaVinci & T-Rex Distillery. It's a little bit east of the Enjoy Centre.We welcomed in by a very nice young gentleman, he was well spoken and helpful, explaining the details of their rums.I tried the dark, the spiced and white rums. They were all excellent,I particularly like the dark, it's 50% alcohol strong, but it's like opening a sturdy oak door not exactly sure whats on the other side.When you open and step in its like a library that is filled with delightful rare books each one more amazing than the next.So many marvelous flavors!If you like dark rum, you will love it!I've had the Bluenose dark rum made by Ironworks distillery of Lunenburg, NS, and it is lovely, an expensive lovely.I like the T-Rex dark rum more.The spiced is a nice spiced rum at 35% alcohol that mixes well with Pepsi Max.Their award winning white is very nice, but I'm a dark rum man. If you like white rum, you will love it.For 750ml the dark is $28, and the spiced is $21.I'm certain I will be buying more!Due to Covid you just call the number on the door and they will come let you in.Then you may sample both rum and gellatos if you so wish.But their rum and you will not be disappointed!“
“I like their original flavors which is based on Philippine sweets?? I tried coffee flavor which was creamy and I could taste enough coffee. Their ube latte was ok but a little too sweet for me. I don’t like cookies I want to try ube ice cream next time!“
“We had a girl's day and started with brunch at Pip in their semi-private dining area. We were there for a few hours and the service Celine provided to our group was outstanding. She was very friendly, attentive, and professional. As always, the food and drinks were 10/10, but it was Celine's hard work and great attitude that made the experience stand out. Thanks, Celine!“
“I always go here with my friends to debrief and study! It’s the perfect atmosphere to procrastinate, panic, and get work done. The service never fails to be memorable, fast, and professional. Students are able to receive a 5% discount on anything!!! “A decent spot to have a beer or two. The young lady behind the bar was extremely friendly and helpful.The beer itself was good overall but one of them was clearly infected. Smelled and tasted like sulphur (hydrogen sulphide).The upstairs lounge area is pretty chill.“
“I was looking for a place to eat on the way through Edmonton. Just happened across this place.Couldn't be happier that I went. Staff were so friendly and the food..... The food was amazing. I had a taco poutine and it was the bomb.I proceeded to tell my wife about it when I got home today and I started digging into it and learned that they are the only location so far (at least in Alberta anyways). Then I learned that the entire menu is Gluten Free. I don't eat GF but two of my family members do. It's been my experience that GF usually sacrifices taste in lieu of the gluten, but not this place.The one down side is now my wife wants me to drive 2 hours to this place so she can have it. 2 hours!!!“

“Just had an amazing experience at this OEB location. We had decided to stop by for breakfast. They were very accommodating seating our party of 4 without reservation. Once seated our waitress Avery was very prompt in getting our drinks. It was our first time at OEB so we were unsure what to order but Avery was very helpful proving us with excellent recommendations for food. I chose one of Avery’s recommendations the Croque Madame and it was fantastic. The food came out promptly and was very delicious. If you get a chance go to this location and have breakfast here. Finally I wanted to thank the cooks for making such great food and our waitress Avery for making our first experience amazing!“
“We got the almond croissant and the Ferrero rocher croissant. We also got a latte and a mocha for drinks. Croissants were a bit on the sweeter side. The Ferrero rocher one had lots of hazelnut filling. The cafe has a nice atmosphere, but it is a bit difficult to find an open table to sit. I wanted to try some of their other trendy croissants, but maybe they already sold out for the day.“
“What a fantastic space for an event! We hosted a surprise birthday for my husband here and it was top notch! Great atmosphere, great drinks, and the staff were awesome. Darren, the owner, was very easy to get a hold of and coordinate with. If you’re looking for a space to host an event, I would definitely recommend Arcadia!“
“The best sandwich place. I got chef beef and valentina belcher? Chef beef is a roasted beef cold sandwich. I liked the aioli sauce, pickled onions and roasted beef. These matches so good and chip makes the texture crispy. Valentina belcher is a monthly hot sandwich with chicken and jalapeno. This was also amazing. I liked the mayo sauce with chicken. The best part for me was arugula. It was crispy, fresh, and I don’t get bored with the same taste of sandwich I highly recommend here? ?“
“One of the best places to go and grab a delicious ice cream cone. They have regular and waffle cones and a huge selection of flavours. They mark flavours off the board as they become unavailable as well so you know beforehand when you order, which I like. Sometimes they're busier than others so the wait in line can be long, but it is worth it for a favourite traditional summer treat. Prices have risen, but honestly where haven't they?“

My brother had a great time for his birthday, he said he has never experienced such great service and we will definitely come back especially the days Damian is working lol!“

“The Colombian empanda is my favourite! The sauce is very tangy, which I love since it reminds me of Sinigang (filipino soup). The Affocato is also very tasty! I reccomend stopping by this cafe :) The customer service is very sweet and friendly there too“

“Amazing first time at Rocky Mountain Ice house! originally went to cask & barrel and the waitress recommended to go here for the larger menu. our server was absolutely the best. they have the best crab cakes I've ever had! Not overcooked, not burnt or greasy and perfect portion for the price. I also had the pork belly with the smashed potatoes, holy smokes were they delicious! my date had the Southern fried chicken and the mac and cheese. the only thing I recommend is the mac and cheese needs to be cheesier! so nice to have a slice of watermelon on the side. the watermelon Caesar salad is also really really good!! Definitely coming back.“

As someone who has been missing Lebanese shawarma during my time in Kuwait, I can only imagine how amazing the shawarma at Master Pita Donair must be. Moni and Mazen seem to be doing a fantastic job, and I wish them all the best. I hope to visit Edmonton soon and experience the amazing food for myself.
