“We love coming to dine in and often order take out from this wonderful little restaurant. The food has always been excellent. Two generation family owned and operated restaurant. Cozy. Wonderful people. Highly recommend them! God bless!Kid-friendliness: They gave us a high chair for our toddler.“
“So far the best Pad Thai I've had in the city. I also ordered a pad see ew which I really enjoyed. We didn't love our Thai chicken wings as they came out very dry, but spring rolls were delicious. It's a very cute space with good service and the robot is adored by kids (and entertaining for us adults too). I think this will be our Thai food spot in the city for a while! Please bring back your pad gra prow! We'd love to give it a try. ??“
“Absolutely delicious. My partner and I went for the Chinatown Dining Week special and completely loved the thom yum soup, coconut soup, green curry, and coconut rice -- 10/10 for those dishes. The orange cashew chicken had many fresh vegetables and was good, but was milder and less interesting in flavour than the green curry (which was on the sweeter side, but so beautifully balanced). The spring rolls are small and have a filling of cabbage mostly, so they weren't something we would personally order again. But, everything else blew my mind away. Having been to Southern Thailand before, this was personally my favorite iteration of thum yum. I cannot wait to order it again from Noi Thai. The coconut soup was mild, with fragrant but light notes of lemongrass. It was very refreshing and something we are already craving.10/10 recommend checking out this place for the aforementioned dishes and the lovely older gentleman who seems to run the show himself and offers good service and grub. :)P.S. For what we got for the Chinatown Dining Week special, we were shocked at how much food we got!“
“I had the yellow curry and I absolutely loved it. It had a sweet taste and a good spiciness level. There was a good amount of meat. You can choose chicken or beef and there was a lot of food. My medium bowl of rice had a good amount of curry with every bite.“
“What should a restaurant do when customers bring in a SHRILL -18 month old that screamed every 4-5 minutes to the bemusement of the parents. My wife was so annoyed; she left the restaurant. I requested take out containers. The adjacent table likewise followed suit and asked for takeout containers. Both myself and the fellow from the other table had words with the dad. All this time the restaurant personnel failed to talk to the offending table. Loved the food; will return.“
“This place is one of my favourite spots! The people are super friendly and explain the menu so well, we definitely felt taken care of.My friend had a peanut allergy and they took extra care to make sure everything was okay for her to eat. The food was amazing and the people were great, we will definitely be coming back more often!“
“The food here was delicious, we ordered the chicken satay skewers, pad thai and red curry. Everything was very flavourful and delicious, the skewera come with a really good peanut sauce and have a nice char. The thai iced tea was very refreshing to go with the meal!Would definitely recommend this restaurant and go back!“
“Give this place a try and you will not regret it. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quantity and quality of food/service.The atmosphere was terrific, and very relaxing. The service was outstanding without being overly invasive. The food tasted so good. It was sweet, and spicy with notes of salty and sour. Truly authentic to their culinary roots.I ordered two curries. The beef curry, and the chicken cashew; with the coconut rice and steamed rice. For my drink I ordered the Thai coconut drink. Everything was absolutely fantastic!! I cannot recommend this place enough.“
“We’ve driven past this restaurant hundreds of times over years, but never stopped to eat. We did today and so glad we did. Although the Devore is outdated the food and service we’re great. Tried the Thai iced and lemon teas which were excellent! Will be back!!“
“We dined here last night. Wonderful little restaurant. Reservations recommended as they’re a smaller restaurant and can get busy during dinner time. Our favourite was the pad Thai and the red curry. Good sized portions. We ordered too much food and ended up having to take it home. So happy for delicious leftovers this morning! Servers and owner very friendly.“
“Ive been frequenting this restaurant for 17yrs. Family run business and they have stayed one of my favourite restaurants in the city! Always an amazing meal and fantastic service. Gaeng kiew wan (green curry) is my favourite and super authentic.“
“We came here while in the area when my kid wanted their favourite meal option: lemongrass beef. This may not be the most common preference for preschoolers but mine loves it so very much that we seek out Vietnamese restaurants for it specifically. The kid really enjoyed the lemongrass beef which came with great noodles, vegetables, fish sauce and so on.I had a great vermicelli bowl. It was topped with great toppings of the meat/seafood options. My partner got the pho. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the kid loved the décor in the restaurant. Service was very attentive and staff confirmed that my kid did indeed want the flavourful lemongrass beef. I'd definitely come here again if in the area. And I know my kid would too.“
“Ipho and Grill offers good Vietnamese food for the price. Their menu features authentic flavors, including comforting pho and flavorful grilled dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. Whether you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or simply looking for a satisfying meal, Ipho and Grill is worth a visit. Recommended for a laid-back dining experience in Edmonton.“
“They have 5 soup options for your pot. Satay, Tom yum, chicken with century egg, organic chicken, and vegetarian. I had the organic chicken soup ($2) and the taste not very bad. They have so many type of fishball, for me, I'd recommend for shrimp and lobster fishball. It's quite hard to mixed your own recipe dipping sauce but just mix the sweet fish sauce with soy sauce and some chili oil. They also have a frash red Thai chili, just cut it to tiny pieces put in your sauce. They have a slide lamb, pork, and beef, basa shrimp and squid. $2 for pop and free for tap water. It's not authentic Bangkok but not very bad. Recommend to try. Good staffs and nice services, nice place for groups family or friends. Parking infront of the restuarant.“
“We loved this place since we found this long ago. Their Malaysian cuisine is unique and pretty authentic, taste and feels like you’re in Malaysia. Absolutely recommend our favourite dishes like Char Kuey Teow, Roti and Kangkong Belacan. Will definitely come back. The best service for sure.“
“I hadn’t been to Bua Thai in ages. No idea why not, just forget places, I guess. But we now do weekly dinners to different local restaurants & Bua Thai was one of the choices. It is so good! It’s a tiny restaurant, and I like that our server still masked, as I still mask. But everything we ordered was amazing. We’ve been a couple of times now & will be back again.“
“Went for my sisters birthday supper and the whole family loved it! We shared their pork spring rolls and green onion cakes which were great! My bf and I had the chicken Pad Thai and chicken chilli paste stir fry, both were delicious and we’ll definitely go back!Vegetarian options: Every dish can be made without meatDietary restrictions: They have gluten and dairy free optionsParking: Small front parking lot, but more spaces in backWheelchair accessibility: No stairs, unsure of ramps in front as we went through the back“
