“This location in particular stands out, for all the right reasons!
Whether you’re inside or in the drive thru, the staff are very welcoming, polite, and eager to take your order. Every time I go to this location, I’m greeted with an enthusiastic hello, and after my order is completed and handed to me, the staff say thank you. I think level of customer service has been lost over the years in the service industry so it’s refreshing to see!
One employee that stands out is Will. Will has defined what customer service should be. He always seems to have a positive attitude and it’s is easy to see he takes pride in his work.
This location isn’t just run by employees, there is a great sense of teamwork and it shows.“

Drive-Thru has been great both times I've been. I have a long box service truck with a tall canopy, 8.5ft height and I believe their Drive-Thru can accommodate up to 9.5ft.
Went through Drive-Thru late tonight, was served by a super nice employee named Curtis (have been served by Curtis multiple times now, always super friendly and professional). But the food, the food was amazing. I live on the road, Tim's sandwiches are a daily routine in my life. Most days it's same old same old, some assembly required. Tonight the Turkey Bacon Club was built perfect, bun and ingredients tasted super fresh. 10/10 tonight.“
“Generally very good, but they need to work on acknowledging customers INSIDE in a timely manner and not solely the drive thru. However - have never had bad coffee or food from this location. Way better than almost every gas station Timmy’s in Edmonton.“

“I bought a coffee here this morning before heading to work. The lady who served me was very polite and friendly. I was served quickly and efficiently. I didn’t get the chance to know her name, but overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. Considering it’s located in the St. Albert Centre food court, it’s understandable that it gets quite busy.“
“I love this Tim's location. I have been coming here for over 17years. However there is one regular customer that goes from table to table offering other customers halloween size chocolate bars & candy. Does this not intrude on this Tim's product. Why buy a donut when you can get free candy bars etc. Also is this not possibly a health concern!?!“
“What can you say, Tim Hortons has the best coffee ever, their donuts are amazing as with their muffins and bagels and cookies. They have awesome chilli and I love their potato leek soup.
This location is always busy and I like the fact that when you work in the mall, they’re open earlier so you can get your morning coffee.
They do have a small area that you can sit, maybe six chairs but you’re in the mall so you can just take your coffee and go sit in the mall if you want.“
