Drive-Thru has been great both times I've been. I have a long box service truck with a tall canopy, 8.5ft height and I believe their Drive-Thru can accommodate up to 9.5ft.
Went through Drive-Thru late tonight, was served by a super nice employee named Curtis (have been served by Curtis multiple times now, always super friendly and professional). But the food, the food was amazing. I live on the road, Tim's sandwiches are a daily routine in my life. Most days it's same old same old, some assembly required. Tonight the Turkey Bacon Club was built perfect, bun and ingredients tasted super fresh. 10/10 tonight.“
“Generally very good, but they need to work on acknowledging customers INSIDE in a timely manner and not solely the drive thru. However - have never had bad coffee or food from this location. Way better than almost every gas station Timmy’s in Edmonton.“
“THIS IS A NEWLY RENOVATED PLACE, BUT ITS DIRTY. SOMETIMES THE COUNTER DOESNT HAVE ANY CREW TO ENTERTAIN THE CUSTOMERS. AND THE SOMETIMES THE CREWS ARE VERY LOUD, TALKING AND LAUGHING. NEWLY RENOVATED BUT ITS DIRTY AND LOTS OF FLIES INSIDE.... SORRY, JUST AN HONEST REVIEW..THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD CHECK THIS FACILITY. “I bought a coffee here this morning before heading to work. The lady who served me was very polite and friendly. I was served quickly and efficiently. I didn’t get the chance to know her name, but overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. Considering it’s located in the St. Albert Centre food court, it’s understandable that it gets quite busy.“
“My husband was impressed by Camil, who was in training as indicated on her nametag. She handled the drive-thru orders, the counter orders, and also prepared the sandwiches herself. My husband jokingly asked if she was really a trainee because she handled everything so well. Our sandwich was absolutely delicious! We just wish the custard tart was available too, it always seems to sell out.“

The food and drinks are exactly what you hope for—and honestly, often better than expected. The coffee is hot, fresh, and tastes consistent every time, which is more important than people realize. The donuts and baked goods always look fresh and well-stocked, not like the sad leftovers you sometimes see late in the day at other places. Breakfast items are prepared properly, not sloppily thrown together, and everything tastes like it should.
