“Generally very good, but they need to work on acknowledging customers INSIDE in a timely manner and not solely the drive thru. However - have never had bad coffee or food from this location. Way better than almost every gas station Timmy’s in Edmonton.“
“Great new location. Very clean with a noise level comfortable enough to sit and have a conversation.
Drive-Thru has been great both times I've been. I have a long box service truck with a tall canopy, 8.5ft height and I believe their Drive-Thru can accommodate up to 9.5ft.
Went through Drive-Thru late tonight, was served by a super nice employee named Curtis (have been served by Curtis multiple times now, always super friendly and professional). But the food, the food was amazing. I live on the road, Tim's sandwiches are a daily routine in my life. Most days it's same old same old, some assembly required. Tonight the Turkey Bacon Club was built perfect, bun and ingredients tasted super fresh. 10/10 tonight.“
“This is the BEST Tim's! The drive thru is UNBELIEVABLY fast. Also, recently when I received my large regular coffee at the drive thru I clumsily dropped it and half of it fell on my lap and the workers there were SO NICE AND HELPFUL trying to help me out with the situation I caused. It was so nice of them I really appreciated it. I was fine, just embarrassed, and in need of a change of clothes. And they gave me a new coffee even though it was entirely my own fault that I spilled mine. Thanks guys!!!“
“Tim Hortons has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a comforting coffee and snack. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff are always efficient, even during the morning rush, and it’s clear they put effort into keeping the space clean and organized. It’s a spot that feels like a little break from the daily hustle, where I know I can count on consistently great service.
The coffee is exactly what I need to kickstart my day. It’s rich and flavorful, and they have a range of roasts and flavors to suit every taste. I’m also a fan of the variety on the menu, from classic favorites like Timbits and donuts to delicious breakfast sandwiches. There’s always something new to try, yet they keep the traditional items I’ve loved for years. It's great to have a mix of seasonal and classic options, making every visit a chance to discover a new favorite.
What truly sets Tim Hortons apart is the community vibe. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick coffee or lingering with friends, I feel welcomed. It’s a place where people of all ages come together, sharing a common love for good food and drink. The sense of tradition and connection in every Tim Hortons location gives it a charm that other chains can’t quite match.
Kid-friendliness: Very friendly“
“I’ve gone here multiple times over the last 7 years but as of next week I’m I’ll be officially moving to Fort Saskatchewan so I’ll be back way less frequently. So I just wanted to say thank you to this Tims as I’ve walked to it way too many times to count as I lived like a 7 minute walk away across the river behind the mall. Anyways sometimes in the 7 years hasn’t always been perfect but I’m very understanding and I’m always patient as I respect those that work at this Tims as it looks chaotic at times but they always do well for me. Basically thank you for the last 7 years and the many breakfast wraps, English muffins and ice Capps. Oh also the grilled cheese and wedges too. I do PPV to come back ever now and then if I’m in town. But my time in St Albert as a main resident is switching to Fort Saskatchewan next Monday. It’s been good ? cheers to this Timmy’s in the mall.“
“This is my first time coming here , as another Tim Hortons is closed . I loved the girl who is working night . We ordered 6 wraps and 6 drinks , she was awesome , she apologize as we have to wait little bit , she was alone there still did best. Will for sure come back and see her again.“
“Karen, the lady who works the night shift at this location, is the best. By far the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable representative I have encountered at any location in St. Albert. I’m not sure what the guy above is talking about?
Any time I would go there when she isn’t working, there is never anything to eat. No donuts, nothing! The guy that works the opposite shift is never friendly, rushes while taking the order, and is very short. This location is the only place that’s open 24/7 and has food available.“
