“Generally very good, but they need to work on acknowledging customers INSIDE in a timely manner and not solely the drive thru. However - have never had bad coffee or food from this location. Way better than almost every gas station Timmy’s in Edmonton.“

“Came inside, and a young lady was cleaning up the lobby. , before i had sat down it was already cleaned. The food and esspecially the coffee tasted fresh. People taking initiative to work as a team and help orders come out fast.

Kid-friendliness: Seen high chairs, and it was clean and the washroom for the baby diaper change beds were clean, and just santized as well

Wheelchair accessibility: There are sensors for wheelchairs with the front doors and the washroom, easy access and easy to use.“

“This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons in St. Albert. The manager Danielle, is always friendly and accurate with my orders. It’s always clean, and the food comes out quick, and it’s hot and fresh every time. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Kudos to her and her amazing team for their wonderful service. 5⭐️’s !!!!!!“

“One of my favourite Timmy’s around St Albert. Excellent service and very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Clean and convenient location well maintained and plenty of parking in a well served area close to Costco. The owner, Bob, is also a pleasure to talk to when he is around. I highly recommend stopping by.“

I’m also a fan of the variety on the menu, from classic favorites like Timbits and donuts to delicious breakfast sandwiches. “Tim Hortons never disappoints! The coffee is perfect every time, and I’m obsessed with their farmers wrap for breakfast. The staff is super kind and efficient, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean and the vibe is cozy — one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite or coffee.“

“I’ve gone here multiple times over the last 7 years but as of next week I’m I’ll be officially moving to Fort Saskatchewan so I’ll be back way less frequently. So I just wanted to say thank you to this Tims as I’ve walked to it way too many times to count as I lived like a 7 minute walk away across the river behind the mall. Anyways sometimes in the 7 years hasn’t always been perfect but I’m very understanding and I’m always patient as I respect those that work at this Tims as it looks chaotic at times but they always do well for me. Basically thank you for the last 7 years and the many breakfast wraps, English muffins and ice Capps. Oh also the grilled cheese and wedges too. I do PPV to come back ever now and then if I’m in town. But my time in St Albert as a main resident is switching to Fort Saskatchewan next Monday. It’s been good ? cheers to this Timmy’s in the mall.“
