Everything about Tryst gets the 5-star dining experience from me. The food is beyond expectations, the craft cocktails are unique and always delicious, the service above and beyond, and the atmosphere is cozy and quaint. The restaurant also made fantastic gluten free accommodations for one of the celiac people in my dining party.
The food was great. Definitely room for a LOT of improvement with the service. It's so much nicer when the server checks in to see how you're doing and if you need anything. We sat with empty plates for longer than we should have. We ran out of bread on the charcuterie board, and although it was delicious the amount of food on it was barely enough for two people - plus we ordered the smoked olives and brussels sprouts (both were excellent).
