“We had a problem with the Subway App; how to use it, connecting to a payment card, etc. This store was super helpful. Unfortunately the order went to the Devon Subway store, and the Devon store REFUSED to cancel the order. Westlock Subway helped us out and didn’t make us pay again. It was very much appreciated as we were hungry and short of cash. Thanks so much. And thank you to the staff member who helped us with the Subway App. In no way was it the fault of the staff that Devon refused to cancel the order. We are in our 60s and not so used to technology.
