Arby's in Anchorage

“The gentleman that was working the dt window around 1053 am that is from Manchester is an absolute delight. Id advise your management and corporate offices to make sure he is happy and well paid. The energy he gave, followed by the smile and politeness is rare now a days especially in this town. Wish I could rate 20 stars out of 5. Keep up the good work. Also food was cooked and not soggy definitely the better fast food establishments in Anchorage. 🍞“

“The guy working the drive through today 3/12 at 10:15 pm was great! You don’t get a lot of friendly workers at fast food places anymore. Most of the time now they barely even speak to you or look at you so I appreciate the extra mile of customer service he gave outside of getting my order out quickly and correctly.“

“While most of the employees are great there are a few that are going through the motions. I have recently run into an employee who messed up my order but the restaurant was very good at correcting the mistake. Otherwise, the food is good and the employees are friendly. The food is hot when you get it and service is quick.“
