“Awful experience. After spending $20 on a sandwich, I got to the table and there were no condiments and they were no where to be found. I went to the counter and was told that they would have to charge me for mayonnaise and or mustard. I said that was not acceptable and they insisted that it was the only way I would get either that they had to charge me for them. I never found out how much that would be, but I told then it was a condiment. After the insistence I told them to refund me the sandwich and just take it back. The manager came out to defend that I should have ordered the sandwich to include mayo which I would not know having never been there before. He only doubled down on their policies instead of offering any kind of apology or responsibility from his help on how they should not insult their customers. To be sure, the charge was what started the issue, but the responses from the counter girl acting as if it was normal for them to be having such an insane request to have me whip out my CC to pay for a pack of Mustard was so unexpected that it set me off. To have the manager come and continue his defense of the indefensible was outrageous. I grew up working in Restaurants and my Dad taught at the 2nd best Hotel and Restaurant school in the country, so it is not from a lack of understanding on how things are done. We have gotten so far away from cordial exchanges, that this interaction was just crazy. Name any restaurant that would charge for Mustard or Mayonnaise or any condiment for that matter. I will wait. 1 and done going to this place just for how they acted. I guess the cream and sugar in the coffee would probably an upcharge and God forbid I needed napkins with my meal. Lunacy!“

“Whenever I'm in Anchorage, if I have time, I drop in. Usually, I never have an issue getting a table for a few guys and hitting the pool table and jukebox. Good assortment of beer and well priced. Also sells commemorative pint glasses for the Iditarod for cheap.“

“When they were under construction at one point in time, they had a sheet rock wall I think it was and asked customers to sign it. This memory popped up on my pictures from a while back when I made my mark that I was here during the construction. Thought it would be cool to add everyone else's memories to their wall as a piece of art of the people of this city.“

“Decent little dive/locals bar. Surprisingly spacious on the inside with a small outdoor area as well. Food is available but very limited, and the drink selection was pretty standard. Still, hot dogs and cheaps are a nice touch when out drinking. We didn't play during our visit but there were plenty of bar games available such as billiards, darts, and a few arcade cabinets. The staff were pretty laid back as well.“

“My family always visit this bar. My husband took me here 2 weeks ago as he became a regular at the bar and I enjoy the atmosphere, and groups of people are friendly. I meet Jen through my husband and she is awesome. Sweet lady running the bar, I don't drink alcohol I order Coke , I enjoy everyone's company and got to meet the old folks. No trouble maker and always a good times here, I get to enjoy the night without looking over your shoulder for trouble. Pool table on site great to enjoy and learning from the old folks. If you want a quiet night out and enjoy a good company and play pool this bar is the 1.“

“The most generous, fun, witty, lady bar tender I think from California and been at XYZ for around 20 years. She even stayed a little later to accommodate 3 of us still wanting last minute drinks and since I missed my flight I was stuck until 4am at the Aloft with no reservation and she made me an extra special drink of her own design... I'll always remember the best service and I'm actually NOT a drinker but the dried fruit addiction made it like a meal!! I absolutely loved it and will try drinking more with dried fruits!!“

“I love Beartooth theater pub. We spend at least once per month here with the kids on Saturday. A meal while watching our favorites is incredible! However- I'm curious why, when showing a PG movie, Beartooth shows trailers for R-rated films? I Would love to see this changed, and my kids would love to see this changed.“

“Very nice restaurant with "ok" prices on normal menu but AMAZING prices on kids menu! Very nice food and food was served in around 10 minutes also easy access from Hilton hotel!
