Cold Stone Creamery is a clean and tidy spot to enjoy rich, flavorful ice cream. The staff is exceptionally friendly, offering samples and helpful suggestions on flavor combinations and toppings. The hot honey with strawberry comes highly recommended. This location is convenient, especially for Anchorage residents. The team works hard to keep the store clean and manage online and in-store orders efficiently. Even when there are many online orders, the employees maintain a cheerful attitude and provide outstanding service. There have been instances of understaffing, but the staff's dedication and teamwork ensure a memorable experience. Customers have noted how personable and helpful the employees are, making each visit enjoyable.
