Older lady who takes orders always has a grin on her face. She is very rude, not worth coming over to eat anymore. She's so rude to my kids. Also woke up my sleeping baby because she is carelessly loud.
Placed a large order though GrubHub delivery and one of my dishes was accidentally missing. They refunded that part of the order and went above and beyond to comp me a replacement the following day.
The food was delicious and they made everything right. Great variety of options and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend trying them out.

On weekends, the roasted duck is worth noting and tends to sell out. The chicken fried rice is a favorite. The chicken and beef Banh mi are excellent, with the beef one being so so good. The crab cheese wonton contains chives and scallions that are great and crispy. The Jasmin tea has no flavor. The usual pho accompaniments can be hit or miss depending on the day. The restaurant has a variety of Thai food as well. It is a very clean, family-run restaurant, originally from the Ho Chi Minh area. For consistent pho with generous portions in Anchorage, Pho Dimond remains a dependable choice and is considered the Best Vietnamese Food in Anchorage.
