Food was good but the waitress seemed a bit impersonal and disorganized. She wasn't out on the floor a lot and made a few mistakes on our order, forgetting our dessert. Very different experience here than in the lower 48.
Caitie was an absolute rockstar during our visit to Red Robin! She was incredibly attentive, always checking in at just the right time without being overbearing. Our drinks were never empty, our food came out fast, and her friendly attitude made the whole meal even more enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Caitie went above and beyond — give her a raise, she deserves it!
Red Robin always delivers a satisfying burger experience! Their gourmet burgers are cooked to perfection, and those bottomless fries are a dream. It's a fun, family-friendly spot with something for everyone. Yummm!
