Memorial Day, 2025.
What better than BBQ?!!
We had 4 adults to feed.
We ordered:
Whole rack
Cowboy fries
Baked beans (8oz)
Cole slaw (8oz)
Just right!
And, man, was that stuff good😏
Best ribs in town since Texas BBQ shut down!
We ordered out for a Sunday family dinner of 8 and was fantastic.
The ribs were cooked to perfection and just the right size for our family.

The ribs and brisket I got in Soldotna was over cooked dried out didn’t taste like it was smoked Same with the brisket. I understand you don’t have a smoker their yet and it’s cooked in anchorage and taken to Soldotna but I think it was on the warming try way to long

Beens were from bush beens not homemade could see the cans.
