7 Best Sports Bars in Anchorage

“This is a sports bar but they got great menu. Football game was playing on all the tv's all over the restaurant. We ordered salmon blt, steamed mussels, salmon dip with pita and clam chowder. The mussels was great. The salmon blt did not taste that great but it's okay. Salmon dip with capers, onions and tomatoes then smothered on the pita bread was a great combination.
The restaurant was crowded and every one seemed to be enjoying their dinner.“

“1st time visitor. Went with family. One of the machines wasn’t working after using card, asked mgr & he gave us our choice of games in that area so we didn’t lose any money. Very nice guy. We had a booth but only ordered lemonade or water and the server (forgot her name, sorry) with long blonde hair was great! Made sure we were always doing ok! Too loud for me but grandkids love it!“

“I love all the food I've tried at Seward's, all the servers are friendly that I've met, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. They also have great cocktails to go with your meal. The only reason I am going to have to take away a star is because they still haven't gotten their pizza oven fixed and their pizza is to die for (I'm sorry Seward's but I had to!)“

“Anna and Vicki are awesome! Usually go here for some food and “just 1 drink” with a couple friends. Line dancing on Thursday nights. I learned I can’t dance. So that was pretty cool. Prime rib on Thursdays, amazing. Tuna melt on Fridays with clam chowda on the side. Always a good time!“

“I ordered online, and accidentally ordered an item I didn’t mean to. I called and spoke with the manager, Shane, and he gave me a credit. I was VERY surprised to get back to my hotel, and find that item in the bag. I had had it last night (chicken wonton tacos) and explain I didn’t enjoy them because they were soggy. Not only were they in the bag, but he had “deconstructed” them so they wouldn’t be soggy. That is the kind of customer service we don’t see often enough, and it was GREATLY appreciated!“

Kid-friendliness: It's a hockey rink. The kids play there all of the time. Duh...

Parking: Tons of spots to park. A ton of handicap options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Working elevator to get upstairs.“

“Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant we visit whenever we can. We have traveled and tried many locations, but this location had the freshest Traditional Wings we have ever been served. As we see in many locations, staffing is an issue and being greeted is almost non existent. Our service was great once we were acknowledged.“
