Went through drive thru tonight, got the honey chicken wrap, med curly fries and a diet coke. The wrap was just grossly made, eat someone's hair in the fries and the diet coke was Flat. Called and left a voicemail since no one picked up the phone.

As a food delivery driver I would say this place is the worst of the worst, a simple food delivery can make me wait 30 minutes while the staff are still playing on their phones. The food was ready but no one came to take it away. No one told me why I had to wait.09/04/2024 evening

I was just here picking up a Door Dash order...employees need customer service training. I waited 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence - I was the only customer in the entire restaurant. Two employees approached the counter and didn't even look at me or say anything. Another 3 minutes passed before I was asked if I was waiting on Door Dash. Terrible customer service and poor attention to the people giving this place its profit.

The cashier thar was taken our order .Either was not listening to what my husband was ordering. I'm just plain out of it... It took us four different times telling her the order.,So on that note we will not ever go back to that Arby's. Plus its in Alaska and we are from DALLAS/FORT WORTH TEXAS ..

Overall a solid 4 stars. Sometimes the service can be slower than normal. Might be due to the fact they are always hiring, not sure. Hard to keep people nowadays. The food is always good. ?
Parking: About 14 to 18 spots is my guess.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level parking lot throughout. Easy for wheel chairs
This location has chronic issues with having enough employees and always seems to be out of key ingredients.
