“We order from here at LEAST once every two weeks. Pretty much always the ribs and salad. We have been doing this for years. Food is great, but you would think after being a very regular customer, that the service would be better. For example- say hello by name when you realize it's the SAME couple making their regular order to the same house. Maybe offer a free dessert or soda? I am big on customer service and although the ribs are great, the service needs to be more friendly.“

“The manager (women w burgundy hair)working today had phenomenal customer service. They accidentally put cheese on my beyond burger and not only remade it but refunded me for the whole meal!😊“

“Presentation of food is sloppy and incorrect. Employees are not at all sorry, in any way shape or form, to even say sorry what so ever. Even the manager who fixes your food and brings it to you, that is until you mention that no one has said they're even sorry. We ordered food here, my daughter and I, as we were headed back into Anchorage. I had somewhere to be in 15 minutes. We were getting onto the highway when I seen my daughter's QPC (in a QPC box) was actually a upside-down Big Mac made horribly. QUARTER POUNDER W/CHEESE. Bottom BUN of Big Mac lettuce and Big Mac sauce two meat patties with a cheese in the middle. one meat hanging halfway outside of the sandwich lopsided. MIDDLE BUN nothing then the Top BUN 😠 on the bottom of the box. Returned to the drive thru, waited in line, My daughter then kindly explained what had happened (with a smile, which was returned with a look as if we were bothering her or she was not happy being at work today. AFTER they finally acknowledged us at the window, the person at the presenting window listened, confirmed what was supposed to be on it. Left the window, returned a couple of minutes later, to ask us if we minded waiting at the 3rd window because it would be a few minutes. NO APOLOGY, NOTHING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager apparently was bringing the correct sandwich, just handed it off with a smile. I asked to speak to a manager and advised how her sandwich, which was supposed to be a QPC ended up being a badly made BIG MAC in a QPC box. Very badly put together, is putting it nicely. And still not even a apology from ANYONE, AT ALL, after telling both of you we had already got onto the highway, having to drive to the next exit, just to turn around. AND MAKING ME LATE TO PICK UP ONE OF MY KIDS AFTER WORK IN SOUTH ANCHORAGE. He said he apologizes on behalf of all of them... ONLY AFTER I SAID SOMETHING about it. Lastly, the "manager" said "well, I can put you in our book to pick up the sandwich next time you come🤨" I said we don't come out here often enough for that. Could you just give her a apple pie or something? He then says, I can't give you something you didn't yet pay for. UMMM, What? I said "you just told me you could put our name in a book to get a sandwich next time??" repeating what he said. He then decides to clarify, I said I can put you in our book the next time this happens and you don't have to come right back.... WHAT?! So, I said ok... no, we won't be coming back here again, thank you for nothing. ALL AROUND CRAP FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR EVEN COMMON COURTESY. THEY ALL, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT NEED A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and to retrain whomever they have making all these mistakes with orders. I WILL ORDER OUR FOOD IN ANCHORAGE OR MAKE MY KIDS WAIT UNTIL WE GET BACK OR TO WASILLA, WHEREVER WE ARE HEADED TO. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALD'S.“
