This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve been to, their customer service is great. Just food quality is not good. Cheaply filled fries, paid for a large, got a medium in a large. Cheaply filled drinks lol. Y’all in a money pinch?

Normally have a decent experience here. But tonight was awful. We waited in the drive-thru line for about 20 min. We sat at the speaker while 3 cars in the other line went through and ordered. So we rolled up to the window thinking maybe the speaker wasn’t working. The gentleman was not very nice, making excuses as to why we’d sat at the speaker while 3 cars in the other lane went through. Then he proceeded to tell us that they couldn’t do McFlurries. 👎Boo

Definitely need to work on night crews attitude, me and 2 others came by and tried getting some mc flurry's and coffee. So the guy told us they can't do anything of the sorts which was fine by us, all expect his attitude when telling us that. I asked for a spicy McChicken which was my mistake, but the way he rudely corrected me wasn't needed "uhh, we don't have that we have a spicy chicken sandwich" again which is fine, all except his attitude once again. And finally we decided to just go somewhere else since nothing we wanted was available, so we tell the man that we'd just like to cancel the order and he says "ok, pull out" again with an attitude. Customer service is definitely lacking especially when we were trying to be nice to the guy at first seeing as he sounded like he was having a bad day. I understand having a bad day but don't take it out on people that didn't do nothing to you. This was around 9:30 pm - 9:40 pm 11/15

I have been to this McDonald’s twice this year. Both times the order was wrong and sloppily made. I recommend driving to N Muldoon (Tikhatnu) McDonald’s. Food is always fresh and hot.

A pack of teens working the night I visited. It took 30 minutes to get our food and both adults' meals were wrong. We were trying to keep the kids occupied in the play area until the front cashier kid told us it was closed. Then he closed it off. Not because it was going to be clean or was being misused, just because. So then the kids were losing their minds hangry. Most of the kids seemed to be working hard to deal with the dinner crowd, but it was obvious that the focus was in the drive through and customers waiting inside were at the bottom. Another patron started to tell at the kid up front that he had been waiting 30 minutes for a milkshake. It probably took the kid longer to kick us out of the play area than it would have to get the guy his shake. It will be a long time before I go back to this restaurant.

Was going to go thru drive thru but there was a line, don't really eat out much so , $7.00 well spent for dinner

I sent in my order at 5:22pm through the app for curbside pickup. The app glitched and wouldn't let me track or submit which parking spot I was in. So, after fiddling with the app trying to see my order, I called in at 5:55pm to ask about my order and let them know what spot I was in.
The man sent out a young woman with my food, but not my milkshake. I asked where it was, and she went in to supposedly retrieve it. I stepped into the establishment at about 6pm to try to make sure I wasn't forgotten about, and was told that the milkshake machine was broken. They offered to get me a different drink, and I went ahead and requested a smoothie as a replacement.
I'm very thankful for this one kind gentleman, who didn't even work there, for standing up for me. I suffer from severe anxiety, and was bordering on an anxiety attack. If it wasn't for him, I would have probably been standing there all night. They didn't even bother starting to make the smoothie until the kind gentleman reminded them at 6:15pm.
I ordered at 5:22, and didn't receive my whole order until about 6:20. Nearly an entire hour later. That is ridiculous!

I was in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes, got the rudest person ever taking my order (after everything i said they would be like “are you done”), and i got COLD FOOD. Worst McDonalds and they have the worst workers.
Alex was extremely kind to help us out. I really appreciate how kind all the staff are and how quickly we get our food every time!

We are so sick of this McDs, every stinkin' time they get our order wrong! Far too expensive these days anyway, but when you go, they just can't get the order right. We've included pictures we clearly ordered a Smokey BLT, and it clearly says NO CHEESE AND IT HAS CHEESE.. If they believe folks will continue to pay higher prices for poor service, they're WRONG!
