I work fast food so I know what to expect. The server inside did not even greet us as we walked in and they had paper over all the registers so had to use the kiosk. Next customer comes in and she calls to them that they can take their order at the counter. Ummm what? ZERO soda and no response when we asked to confirm if they were out. ALSO got the wrong sandwich. I mean really people? It wasn't busy and we didn't have a big order. Your customers are supposed to be your number one priority! Worse McDonald's experience so far and we travel all over.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Lunch time they flip their dining room orders to “to go”, there were 4 orders in drive thru and 5 in dining room at the time of my order. 6 people on the lines and my 1 combo meal still took 15 minutes. My no cheese and Ketchup burger still came with cheese. Very disjointed atmosphere, clearly management is as well.

every time i ask for no onions they give me onions and my burger was filled with too much mayonnaise when i ate it it was all over the place.

The cashier that took our order was so rude and didn't listen to what we wanted and didn't put my code from the app in and didn't give us a receipt when we paid and said we would be given it at the next window. McDonald's always gives you a receipt at the window you pay at. And they messed up our order and we had to go inside the restaurant.

It’s McDonald’s so the food tastes the same BUT this is hands down the slowest and most incompetent one I’ve been to. Consistently slow for the past few months. I don’t even know why I ask for sauce when I get nuggets, it is always forgotten. I waited for 5 minutes after being handed my food (later to find out with no sauce and after having waited for over 10 minutes) just for a drink. Like a fountain drink. 5 minutes for a drink is wild

Every time I try going to this restaurant the service is always horrible. It never changes. If you are in the area and want mcdonalds. Just go to Arby's

Every single time we order there, the order is wrong in some way. The customer service sucks. They're a bunch of teenagers who choose not to listen to the customer. The general manager is nice and helpful but the rest of the experience was awful.
