You can literally see the ridiculous amount of grease pooling on top of the pizza. Pizza wasn't flavorful, and was soggy from the large amount of grease. What did they do, pour a gallon of grease onto the pizza before handing it to me?

Have ordered here 3 or 4 times. It is always late (at least 30 minutes), and the order is never correct. Taste is subpar to every other location I have had. Employees would rather tell customers they are under staffed than actually do their job, when you can clearly see others in the back working.

After coming in, we did not see anyone and waited for awhile. Thinking they did not know we were there, I went to the service window saying hello. We were rudely greeted and told to be patient as she was the only one there and she would not take dine in orders until 4:00. (There was no signage that indicated hours of dine in and it was 3:30pm. We did not get to order any food. The entire experience was very disappointing.

Waited in the lobby for 5 minutes, no response, only to have an older lady come out and be extremely rude to me. She seemed put out that I wanted a large order, talked down to me, and shook her head at me when I couldn’t understand something she said. Will not be coming back, dominoes is right down the street and I’ve never had an issue there.

Went there and the the original person to take our order was being yelled at from the back and when the second old lady maybe the manager she came out and asked for our order and said something we didn't understand so we asked what does that mean and she just got in our face and said the same thing again not answering our question and being disrespectful i feel bad for that first person she was very nice but that second old lady I hope you get fired you were very disrespectful and you deserved what we said

Wing Street, in Pizza Hut, is one of the best wing places in the Anchorage area and one of two incredible wing places in Eagle River.
Their wings are always high quality; meaty, and bones aren't brittle. Their flavors, both rubs and sauces, are excellent.
Where they fall flat is customer service at the counter. Any question asked (do fries come with this, can I do this many wings, how are the flavors split) is answered with *extreme* obnoxiousness by the glasses wearing, pinched nose lady working through counter. She makes a giant effort to answer any question in a way to make you feel stupid for asking it, and has no real ability to communicate any sort of professionalism.
I will give her credit; after her fourth, snarky and obnoxious comment, I answered one of her questions with the same attitude and reminded her that the attitude doesn't have a place here.
She seemed friendlier after that (at least, to the customers that came in after) so maybe she needed the reminding.
If this is TL/DR; stay for the food, handle the horrible woman up front as best you can.

Thank you to manager Keri who actually answered the phone and saved dinner! I ordered through the app and something glitched, sending my order to the Boniface location. I called that location repeatedly to try to get it transferred or cancelled, but no one answered. Once it went through to an order taking service, but they just tried to transfer me to the Boniface location. I gave up and called the Eagle River location where I live and Keri was kind enough to cancel the other order and reorder everything at the correct location, making sure my family of six did not go hungry. Thanks Keri!

I called to ensure the dining room was open. She replied with "it's open like everybody else is". RUDE! When you see the parking lot, it almost always has NO cars. That's why I called to ask. Not going there now. I DON'T tolerate rudeness, disrespect, or lack of consideration for another person. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! Call made about 1pm, Aug 22, 2024.

I was in Eagle River with my son and wanted to experience a bit of nostalgia by dining in at Pizza Hut. The place was dark and depressing looking on the inside. I wasn’t even sure if the place was open since there were no customers and nobody came to the front of the restaurant to greet us or seat us. After 5 minutes of waiting we left and went to McDonalds next door.
Was closed Nov 14th Fri at 6 pm.
