Went there and the the original person to take our order was being yelled at from the back and when the second old lady maybe the manager she came out and asked for our order and said something we didn't understand so we asked what does that mean and she just got in our face and said the same thing again not answering our question and being disrespectful i feel bad for that first person she was very nice but that second old lady I hope you get fired you were very disrespectful and you deserved what we said

Wing Street, in Pizza Hut, is one of the best wing places in the Anchorage area and one of two incredible wing places in Eagle River.
Their wings are always high quality; meaty, and bones aren't brittle. Their flavors, both rubs and sauces, are excellent.
Where they fall flat is customer service at the counter. Any question asked (do fries come with this, can I do this many wings, how are the flavors split) is answered with *extreme* obnoxiousness by the glasses wearing, pinched nose lady working through counter. She makes a giant effort to answer any question in a way to make you feel stupid for asking it, and has no real ability to communicate any sort of professionalism.
I will give her credit; after her fourth, snarky and obnoxious comment, I answered one of her questions with the same attitude and reminded her that the attitude doesn't have a place here.
She seemed friendlier after that (at least, to the customers that came in after) so maybe she needed the reminding.
If this is TL/DR; stay for the food, handle the horrible woman up front as best you can.

Thank you to manager Keri who actually answered the phone and saved dinner! I ordered through the app and something glitched, sending my order to the Boniface location. I called that location repeatedly to try to get it transferred or cancelled, but no one answered. Once it went through to an order taking service, but they just tried to transfer me to the Boniface location. I gave up and called the Eagle River location where I live and Keri was kind enough to cancel the other order and reorder everything at the correct location, making sure my family of six did not go hungry. Thanks Keri!

I called to ensure the dining room was open. She replied with "it's open like everybody else is". RUDE! When you see the parking lot, it almost always has NO cars. That's why I called to ask. Not going there now. I DON'T tolerate rudeness, disrespect, or lack of consideration for another person. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! Call made about 1pm, Aug 22, 2024.

I was in Eagle River with my son and wanted to experience a bit of nostalgia by dining in at Pizza Hut. The place was dark and depressing looking on the inside. I wasn’t even sure if the place was open since there were no customers and nobody came to the front of the restaurant to greet us or seat us. After 5 minutes of waiting we left and went to McDonalds next door.

Do not get food from this place!!! The woman that took my order was beyond rude. I simply asked about whatever specials they had and she acted all frustrated sighing and rolling her damn eyes! That’s just the beginning the tables at the booths have graffiti all over them and the price for two tiny pizzas and 4 wings was $10.99. I will never eat at this ghetto restaurant again!

I like Pizza Hut pizza but twice now I have had absolutely horrible customer service here in Eagle River. Once they cancelled saying I didn’t answer my phone even though I did not receive an email or text and next time I called because to add ranch to the order after being on wait for 10 min. The guy actually said so what does that have to do with me. We won’t deliver just ranch. He was told that - no we will pay but wanted to add it to the order if it hasn’t left the store. Just like the young lady the first time a few weeks earlier. Very rude for no reason. We weren’t even upset about either issues. However they need to learn how to properly talk to people on the phone. I think we will never order again from Pizza Hut and I’d asked we will tell others to order great Alaska instead. This is under two different names but same location.

What the hell happend to this place? In need of paint inside. Black smoke looking ceilings.Was in utter shock with the shape of the entire inside when I came in the front door. It looked closed! Or should be. Then to be greeted by someone yelling from the back "is someone there"? ! "Did somebody come in !!"? I didn't know if she was yelling at me or the other 2 people in there.Last time I went to pizzahut you went in was greeted by a host then sat down orderd drinks given a menu oder food.This is no longer dine in! Food was edible but pizza should have spent a bit more time in the oven as the center was a bit doughy. It was brought to our table in boxes even after being asked " dine in or out ".We willnot be back and will not order anything to go,takeout or delivery.

Every experience with this Pizza Hut has been negative. One order was completely wrong, and the manager acted like I was bothering him when I called. In another order, we got a call about 30 minutes later that the driver went home - they asked us to c9me pick up the order. This last order, they sent an orig8nal crust when I ordered thin - and the dough is not cooked. Raw dough is terrible. We will not be ordering from here ever again.
