What the hell happend to this place? In need of paint inside. Black smoke looking ceilings.Was in utter shock with the shape of the entire inside when I came in the front door. It looked closed! Or should be. Then to be greeted by someone yelling from the back "is someone there"? ! "Did somebody come in !!"? I didn't know if she was yelling at me or the other 2 people in there.Last time I went to pizzahut you went in was greeted by a host then sat down orderd drinks given a menu oder food.This is no longer dine in! Food was edible but pizza should have spent a bit more time in the oven as the center was a bit doughy. It was brought to our table in boxes even after being asked " dine in or out ".We willnot be back and will not order anything to go,takeout or delivery.

Every experience with this Pizza Hut has been negative. One order was completely wrong, and the manager acted like I was bothering him when I called. In another order, we got a call about 30 minutes later that the driver went home - they asked us to c9me pick up the order. This last order, they sent an orig8nal crust when I ordered thin - and the dough is not cooked. Raw dough is terrible. We will not be ordering from here ever again.

This place always takes the longest. I’m not sure why when four people are working in the back. I called in an order thirty minutes before and I still waited forty five minutes to pick it up. Your management needs to do a better job at customer service.

Ordered a pizza through these clowns at 615, fast forward to 740 and still no pizza. So we called and their best excuse was they were testing their new system and just received our order. So we wouldn't receive our order till after 8.

JU DESERVE 4 STARS.... jir definitely making a come.back from our last go rounds.....UPDATE 3/26/2022 : If jur bathroom looks this bad i cant imagine how jur cleaning ju hands to work.... absolutely appalling....November 2021 : Has always been great... had one problem in the past 5 years I've been going there... they fixed it and im very satisfied to give them there 5 stars today!! Thank you!!!!

Placed a delivery order got it within an HR and the pizza was hot perfectly cooked. I will definitely order from again.
Just ok.. had I just ordered pick up. Probably would’ve been a little better. Dined in and building is ran down. Bathrooms dirty. Service was ok. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered a pan pizza got regular crust. The boneless chicken wings were hard and crunchy. Way overcooked with little sauce. Very disappointing.

Our visit last night to this Pizza Hut was one big cluster. We arrive and see plastic .99 cent table cloths on the tables and a dirty and outdated interior. We were told by a server that the menu was available through a scanned QR code which took a little while to work properly. Server was semi-quick to take our order. She brought over two bottles of root beer - I think we were both expecting fountain drinks. As we sat there, some guy in the back of the restaurant, continually yelled at the other workers, at one point using the F word while there was a child dining in the restaurant with his parents. I am no prude about curse words, but that was inappropriate. It didn’t take forever for our food to come, and the pizza was pretty good. They brought our pizza in a box. Ummm, clearly we planned to dine in since we’ve already ordered sodas. We had to ask numerous times for plates. The first time, the girl said “how many“. One would think since there were two of us at the table, that we wanted two plates, but OK. Then we had to go retrieve plastic silverware and napkins. It almost seems like they are days away from closing. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back. Something tells me that the girl who is training to be a server isn’t going to make it. She clearly doesn’t listen, and we had to repeat various request numerous times. Absolute hot mess!!
