Everyone here always seems miserable. If you don’t like your job you should move on to something new. This is a customer service position. Also, please be mindful of what people order and make it correctly. I get the same time thing EVERY time I come here and I would say 15% of the time it is correct. Is there an issue asking for extra caramel? Extra crunch? You would think the employees are paying for the supplies bc they almost never put extra on! I just don’t get it.

Huge safety issue, was given food with blood on the outside of the package… gloves should be worn when handling food and it could’ve been dangerous if we didn’t notice this blood and ate the food. On the positive side, we did get a replacement and $5 credit. Wear gloves if you’re handling food!!!!

I have had much better experiences recently than the past winter. The dark haired man is very knowledgeable. A few of the older women working there seem snobbish and have that Starbucks stepford wives like air about them. All of the men that work there have been always helpful. The place is very helpful when picking out coffee to grind and that is really appreciated.

Went in for two matcha drinks and a barista named Rylie was making faces while making the first one. Ended up passing off the second drink (luckily!) to another barista, the one she made has chunks of matcha powder all throughout it and at the bottom. As she continued through other drinks she kept saying “this is disgusting” and making faces and calling everything gross. Everyone in the waiting area could hear her and even see her being rude to her peers when asked if she had gotten the oat milk for a drink yet. She couldn’t even hand my wife’s drink to her without making a disgusted face at it … it was an iced matcha with sweet cream cold foam ?? girl you work in customer service. Act like an adult not a toddler.
