I’d never tried this place, though heard of it on multiple occasions. Tonight I placed an order through DoorDash, for jerk chicken, baked mac n cheese, and cabbage. Right away the owner (I assume?) called and let me know the jerk chicken available was just a few pieces and there were dry. He offered me to supplement it for a new protein. I picked opted for fried chicken. So right away, customer service is on point. 10/10

If you’re hunting for authentic Caribbean food this is your one stop shop. The Curried Chicken is finger licking good. The pull on the Mac N’ Cheese almost sent me. I shall be back for the most flavorful food in Fairbanks. 🖤💛💚
Today is our 31st anniversary. We were married in Negril Jamaica. Decided to try some local Jamaican food (honestly weren't sure what to expect). Holy shit Batman! This food brought us right back to getting Jerk Chicken from random street vendors across from our hotel every night. The Jerk Chicken will light you up!
