I've eaten here several times and it's always makes me wonder if it's the best in Fairbanks. Today I came to the conclusion it is.

I absolutely love Fuji and the staff! Always so attentive and communicative about pick up order details. I get sushi from here at least twice a week when home, and the 2 roll lunch special is such a good deal! The yam roll is a standout item and so delicious!
Fuji Japanese Restaurant was a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out surprisingly fast. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere.
