BEST Food in Fairbanks, Alaska!
I recently dined at Jazz Bistro On 4th and was blown away by the experience! Chef Tony is absolutely fabulous, and his culinary skills are exceptional. Every dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. I can’t recommend Jazz Bistro enough — a true gem in Fairbanks.
Our first visit to Jazz Bistro this evening was great. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will definitely return to try more options. The chimichurri steak and chicken pasta were amazing. The service was top-notch, friendly and personable. The dining area was clean, well-maintained, and a nice ambience. If you haven't been to Jazz Bistro, or are simply looking for a new restaurant to try, it's an excellent choice.
Valentine’s Day dinner was incredibly delicious. We ordered the pollo Al la lemon and the shrimp appetizer. Portions were perfect! Phenomenal food and Despite the wait because of admittedly from the owner, who was our server,staffing issues, it was well worth it. My only recommendation is the decor. Remove the TV’s, use the candles on the table, esp on Valentine’s Day , remove the LED light strips and the pink tissue paper balls from the ceiling, perhaps Better use of space...read full review
