Grabbed Tres Montadas for the hubby this afternoon — and he loved them!
Shrimp & Carne asada burritos.
Always a solid meal. Highly recommend the montadas and the burritos. You really can't go wrong!

La Casa Del Burrito | Mexican is a food truck run by a lovely couple. The burritos are massive and huge, with excellent flavor. The Carne Asada Burrito is a little bit pricey but worth every penny, and the pork burrito tastes truly authentic and amazing. The quesadillas and montadas are delicious too. The food is very flavorful and ready very quickly. People were nice, and the lady at the window was so sweet. This is easily the best burrito in town and arguably the best food in Fairbanks. Customers highly recommend it and plan to return multiple times.
