I am very critical when it comes to Pho and this was some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s all about the broth and they have it going on. The broth was very flavorful and aromatic. The spring rolls were delicious and made to order not premade like most places.

I love Vietnamese food. The Pho House is the only Vietnamese in the Fairbanks area. The taste is pretty authentic however the portions are fairly small. I ordered the Original Pho Noodle Soup. There was a lack of beef and a normal serving of noodles. For the Large bowl expect only an extra serving of broth. The service is mediocre at best. It depends on the day and who is there when it comes to attentiveness. It takes a bit to get someone’s attention. If you’re into Vietnamese...

0Flavor, not the same any more! Service was not good! Our fresh roll was given to another table no apologies or anything but the table behind us was told that the fresh roll was not theirs but if they want to continue to eat it go ahead it’s on the house! We got our noodles first but waited quite a while for the fresh rolls. We were there first but people that order before us got their food first. I usually tip 15% to 20% but that day not even a dime. I will not be going there...
