Best Falafel we have ever had. Soft fresh Pita, seasoned veggies, herbs, hummus, and tender, fresh, tasty falafel! This a a gem in Fairbanks!! Fast healthy food. Great vegetarian spot ?
Lunch here was the best meal I've had in Fairbanks in a long time, and the best falafel sandwich I've had anywhere. Everything is vegan so I didn't have to worry about dairy in the sauces. The half sandwich was very filling, so I would only get the full if I was sharing with someone. I'm not a falafel fan, but they seem to have a cute no -falafel option with eggs for people who can't appreciate it. My Greek husband loves this place and the people are kind. I wish they had high chairs for little ones.
