“I try hard not to go to Starbucks anymore because there are plenty of great local options and their loyalty program keeps sinking into the depths of lameness. But occasionally they have a good promo, you have points to burn, or you crave something others don't have. When that happened and I stopped in here, the employees were friendly, fast, and made a drink I was happy with. One point removed because of high cost and poor loyalty program, but that's a chain-wide issue and not specific to this location.“
