We are here twice while we were in Fairbanks. The waitress is as excellent at describing each dish we were considering to help us make our decision. The food was delectable. The atmosphere was so welcoming and fun. Hands down will eat here again.
The filet mignon was on point, tender and full of flavor. Deserts are baked daily in house and delicious. The deep dish apple pie was incredible. They serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle caramel over both. I recommend reservations but not always necessary. Atmosphere was old saloon but food and service was 5 star.
Food was seasoned and delicious and the drinks were spot on! The environment inside is welcoming and relaxing; honestly I could've sat there for hours. They have both a bar and sit down area so they can entertain different groups. I Definitely will be saving this place and returning the next time I'm in Fairbanks!
