Our favorite date night spot! During our three years in Fairbanks we became regulars at Tokyo Express. We’re big fans of sushi and compared to the other spots in town this is hands down the best. The couple that runs it are amazing, friendly, and provide great service. When my wife gave birth to our daughter I came and got her food from her favorite restaurant so she could feast in the hospital bed.
