One of my favorite go to food trucks the food is always delicious, and super flavorful! We have one person in our family who is gluten free/dairy free and this place has them covered! We all leave happy and full everytime!
Everything I’ve had has been great, with the exception of the falafel. The falafel is best ever. With their homemade hummus it’s savory, filling and delicious without being heavy and greasy. Love comes out of this truck in many ways!

Honestly, one of the worst doner/gyro/shawarmas that I’ve ever had. The lamb tasted old and funky and had little pieces of bone through it that almost cracked one of my teeth. The pita was very old and the sauce tasted like water.Extremely small portions and high prices. $15 for a gyro with 2 pieces of meat. I wouldn’t try it again unless nothing else was open.

Love Bruceskis! Their chicken or falafel sandwiches are my favorite. Packed with fresh ingredients & at a reasonable price, they are my top choice at food truck events. Bruce & his wife are always so kind & welcoming. I look forward to visiting them!
I don’t have words to tell what I just try, Bruceskis and he’s wife Hayden so amazing, and so nice !! I just have the best Revani lemon ? cake ? make by Bruceskis, and bacalava , OMG !!! So good , if u ever come to girdwood Alaska u need to come and try , I live in New York , is my second time in Alyeska, I just love there very much!! Thank you Hayden for best smile and best food , send kiss and hug, and can’t wait come back delicious ? yummy yummy

My wife and I tried the deluxe fries and they were amazing. I loved the spice they put on them. Definitely would have tried the entire menu if given the time.
