“This restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience perched atop the stunning peaks of Girdwood, Alaska. But to secure a table, I recommend advance reservations—sometimes months ahead. Also, dining guests enjoy a complimentary tram ride to the summit, adding breathtaking views. The menu currently features a three- or four-course dinner selection, showcasing fine ingredients and proper preparation. We indulged in the Filet of Beef, cooked to a flawless tenderness, and the Honey-Glazed King Salmon, perfectly balanced with sweetness and a buttery texture. Each dish exemplified care, and the appreciation for quality cuisine.
Beyond the exceptional food, the service was warm and attentive, ensuring every detail contributed to a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. Between great flavors, awe-inspiring mountain views, and perfect hospitality, the experience is well worth the investment—an essential culinary destination for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the grandeur of Alaska.“

“We have been to the spa many times now and the bistro and cafe is such a highlight. The food is exceptional, with a diverse drink menu that is updated and somehow keeps improving. This time the red wine selection was the best it’s ever been with selections you don’t see at your typical restaurant.
