I recently ordered the Smorgasbord package. I was worried about having anough room in my standard size freezer. No problem at all as it looks huge in the pictures, but the way they cut and package it fantastic! I have cooked the halibut and the Salmon so far and I'll never buy it anywhere else! Do not buy local grocery store junk! This is true quality and you get what you pay for! I also tried the smoked salmon, yummy, delicious! I would also like to add that from the time I ordered it, the process was easy. The person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable, patient and informative.I had alot of questions ?. I will add I live in upstate N.Y. I will not buy fresh, delicious seafood anywhere else. When this runs out, I will buy more!!!!!!!!I would like to add to that last review that to preserve the fish it is better not to wash it in water. It retains the flavor better. I just ate the King crab leg, OMG TO DIE FOR, YUMMY! NOTHING LIKE PRICE CHOPPER!

Disappointed how our hard worked king salmon was processed. The steaks are covered in blood which should had been washed off before vacuum sealing. The steak cut king salmons they sell does not look like that so I don’t understand what’s the big deal on washing off the blood before vacuum sealing it. Does the customer really have to say “can you make sure you wash off the blood before vacuum sealing it?” - any fish processor should know that.

Extremely helpful with obtaining fresh oysters. So delicious.

We wanted to have our catch sent home as we didn’t have room in our rental car to bring to the fish on the plane. We went to another recommended processor to get an estimate and their shipping price alone was more that I paid Cole Point to process, pack, freeze, box and ship to me overnight. They are right on the spit and picked up our fish immediately after Buttwhackers fileted it. When my fish showed up the next evening at home it was still frozen solid and well packed. I would definitely recommend them. My cost for everything was about $380 for everything included.

Brought some dungeness crab in to be frozen and vacuum packed, crab was freshly butcherd and not cooked. Not ideal but I've brought crab home from all over Alaska many times and it turns out fine. The lady that checked me in was the rudest service provider that I've ever dealt with. Almost ranting about me not knowing what I'm doing and wasting my money. I have a small commercial fishing buisness that I do local sales from. I won't be coming back to Coal Point nor will I be recommending it to anyone I know or do buisness with.

Midnight Mike did a great job packing our salmon and halibut in fish boxes and coolers. We live in Corpus Christi, Texas and when we arrived home all of the fish was still frozen solid. We appreciate Mike’s great attitude, friendliness and caring when packing the fish.

Super fast fish processing, dropped off 100 lbs of fish and they had in done in less than 2 hours

Fish arrived in good conditions; some parts of the fish were defrosted near the top. Also, delivery was promised on Tuesday, didn't come until Thursday. The $20 tip I added in seemed to do nothing to ensure any better service.

We stopped in here and had a fresh bowl of seafood chowed which was perfect on a damp day. The place has frozen seafood which you can ship. Our server was Brandi and the nicest person we've ever met. We sat for awhile talking about her life here in Alaska. If you don't go for the chowder, go for the company . Great people here

Frozen fish was not delivered overnight as I paid for and fish on top and 1 side had thawed. Did not take all the skin off as I paid extra for. Have called numerous time and always told manager will call me but never does I paid for insurance having no luck with that.

Great fish chowder and fresh bread. Snow crab dip was super tasty. Brandy was an awesome server and shucker. We had 10 oysters. Highly recommend the Coal Point Trading Co.

I used Coal Point after my recent fishing trip. Service was great. I called the office from the boat, an employee was at the dock waiting for my arrival. He asked for my information and how I wanted the fish processed. The next morning my fish was ready for pick up. Vacuum sealed and flash frozen. Staff was friendly and prices seemed reasonable. I recommend this processor. I caught 48 lbs of fish and received back 32 lbs processed. And yes, I got my halibut cheeks. ?

4 of us ate lunch and were thrilled with the quanity, quality, taste and price. I loved the rice and halibut dish. The other gushed over the chowder.
