Cafes near Hope

“It’s one of the first buildings ever built in Hope. Today, it serves as a local bar where you can chat with the locals and, if you’re lucky, listen to some live music. I was lucky to listen to two women from Australia :)
The food is delicious — they serve local fish and, of course, burgers :). You can really feel the historic atmosphere with all the old photos on the walls. Everything here has a story to tell.

“Birch & Alder where have you been my whole life?! Tucked away roadside coffee shop, the burrata sandwich on focaccia is nothing short of a culinary success. The creamy burrata, crispy prosciutto (wow) perfect! Layers of fresh brightness, but the zhoug sauce (double wow)! When I say it’s a 10 out of 10, I really mean it’s an 11 an absolute must try for anyone chasing the ultimate sandwich experience. Nothing but smiles:)“
