I wanted to surprise my roommate with an egg nog latte and I stopped by the down town shop and I guess I wasn’t paying attention and grabbed the wrong drink. When I gave it to my roommate it was just plain coffee, no egg nog. We stopped by the airport location and they changed it out for me. Such great customer service! Thank you!“
