The Buffalo Chicken Blue sandwich is amazing. Seriously. It was so good that we went back a couple days later to eat it again. The most memorable food item on our entire trip to Juneau. Hmmm…I wonder if I have enough airline miles to go back just for dinner?
McGivney's has never failed to provide an excellent experience every time I stop by to grab some food. The wait staff are always friendly and accommodating. And the chefs are always on point! My favorites are the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the poutine. I love the fun cocktail menu - I try to sample a new cocktail each time, but my favorite so far is the Gummi Bear. I usually snack on the fried green beans while I wait for my food - definitely a must try if you haven't...
We asked a local where the best fish and chips were in town and they pointed us here. It is a dive bar but the fish was so amazing that we didn't care. Great food and good value. Would eat here again in a minute.
