My favorite place to eat in Palmer, Alaska! Great craft pizzas, superlative salads, and creative dishes with a side of rustic homemade bread and olive oil and fresh herbs. Service is friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Freshly made dessert/pastry display and containers of local fireweed honey for sale. I had the beet salad. Locally grown beets on a bed of salad greens and olive oil. The highlight was the beets, which were tossed in feta, then sprinkled with candied walnuts....

Having lunch at Turkey Red was, quite honestly, the highlight of our entire trip to Alaska. We hired a car for the day from Anchorage and drove over. The drive itself was beautiful. On arrival, parking was easy in a large free parking lot behind the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing = I have never tasted such wonderful flavours. The service was very warm and friendly and the restaurant itself so cosy and welcoming.

The service was AMAZING and the specials were delicious! We came to celebrate being newlywed. Servers are very attentive without disturbing conversation. I highly recommend eating here.
