“Had a lovely dinner here with good service. A bit overpriced for its quality, which is expected. The oysters and spot shrimps were super fresh and delicious. The cream cheese ice cream was good as well. The (free) amuse bouche was very underwhelming. Not a fan of the shrimp n grits—shrimps and sauce were great, but the combination of grits and nuts did not work for me. Also tried the strawberry nojito, which will be a skip for me. If I go again, I’d order exclusively from the appetizers/seafood list and the fresh sheet
Note that this place is extremely popular and does not take reservations. Tried to go right when they open and leave your name on the waitlist”

“Traveling through Seward today as part of a five week road trip. Decided to stop at Firebrand for a late dinner. What a great decision. Meal was awesome. Chad and Ashlyn took great care of us and our wraps (burritos) were off the chart. Do yourself a favor if'n you're in Seward and stop for some great BBQ at Firebrand!”

“Always a positive experience at Primrose Provisions - whether picking up a yummy sandwich, buying cheese, sipping with friends or shopping Carri’s wonderful collection of vintage and Alaska items. The view and setting are hard to beat especially in winter when we long for light and vistas ….and best yet for this local ….it’s open year round! Madelyn”

“Everything we had tonight was fabulous. We started with the GF flatbread with the curry chicken. The flatbread is made with sweet potato and it was GOOD! Hubbie had the chipotle chicken pasta and I had the miso glazed black cod. The fish was tender and the fried rice had so many vegetables it was a meal itself. The pasta also was loaded with vegetables and chicken and the chipotle sauce had a lot of flavor. We will be back for more!”

“Best halibut tacos I’ve had, mango and halibut is underrated. The Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had. The calamari was probably one of the worst sadly, chewy, seemed old or something. Will be back my next time in town to try some other meals out. It’s very clean inside, neat decor, quiet music, super clean/nice bathrooms as well.”

“the Mudd Hutt poeple are awesome. service is great and coffee ☕️ is excellent. they also let you keep the change you find on the ground outside the window so you can save up for the new noodie bar the Flamingo when it opens back up. It's the best place in town to grab your coffee 5 stars all the way 😁😁😁😁😁”
“Hands down one of the best cups of coffee in town! service is great and you never have to wait long in line.”

“One of my favorite places to pop in and browse, always great quality products 💗”
“Had a frappe before doing some shopping in Safeway. Good drinks and friendly service. I see they are putting in a new bigger Starbucks up in the front of the Safeway. Should be nicer when finished.
Parking: Today the parking was a mess because of the repairs taking place. Looks like when everything is finished in the parking lot parking should be great.”

“After eating along the waterfront in Seward, we heard some recommend Salmon Bake. It was just around the corner from the Seward KOA where we had been staying for several days. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the best in Seward. Service was extremely fast and the quaint decor of the restaurant was cozy and warm. Definitely recommend 1000% as the best in the area! You won't be disappointed!!”

“Randall and Nikola made us feel right at home here for our very first meal in Seward! Both my dad and I had the signature fish and chips with delightfully deep fried halibut and salmon pieces and delicious fries. House made tartar and aioli were knock-outs! Only bummer was no dessert but Randall was quick to point us towards some ice cream right down the street!”

I ordered their signature Miso Sable fish…fabulous, so buttery and tasty! Hububs ordered their Chicken Saltimboca, so tender and flavorful! Last but not least, the Key Lime pie was recommended, made in house and it did not disappoint! Overall, we had a fantastic meal, so delicious and superbly executed!
Thank you, Ray’s and Seward for this fantastic meal! Like everyone that finished their meal said to those waiting, “it’s worth the wait!””
