“The restaurants in Alaska tend to be pricey, mostly because about 95% of all food is imported from other states or countries, which drives up transportation costs. With the average of many dishes ranging from $25 to $40, you might hesitate to eat out, but hey, you are traveling, so go for it. The good news is that plenty of places truly deliver food that is worth the price, and the satisfaction level was good.

I liked at this place was the seafood Alfredo. The Alaskan halibut was fresh, and the pasta was creamy and delightfully cheesy. It was absolutely delicious.”

Highly recommend.”

“Hands down the BEST food in Seward, honestly maybe even all of Alaska. The portions are generous, everything is packed with flavor, and it is the last place you would expect to find such solid Mexican food. My whole family loved it, and there were plenty of options for kids and even picky eaters. The owners are incredibly kind, and the addition of fresh Alaskan fish on the menu is a huge bonus. My favorites were the rockfish burrito and the birria breakfast burrito, both were so good I wish I could have tried everything. I have been to Seward twice now and make it a point to stop here every time. If you are in town, do not skip it.”

“We had a great visit to Seward Brewing Company. The beer was excellent, and the hot chicken sandwich was absolutely brilliant.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The music was also fantastic, with songs by Brand New, AFI and Taking Back Sunday. Hearing AFI’s Totalimmortal was a particular highlight, what a banger. It was essentially my teenage iPod playlist playing in the background.

Great food, great beer, friendly service and an excellent atmosphere. We would happily return.”

A little expensive but isn't everything nowadays!”
