The oysters are exceptional: clean brine lifted by smart touches like hibiscus mignonette and pickled horseradish, or baked with Calabrian chile butter for a rich, glowing finish. Every dish balances contrast—smoke, butter, pickles, herbs—so each bite feels sharper and more compelling than the last. Locally sourced Alaska ingredients shine, service is polished and warm, and Chef Kevin Lane’s control and restraint make this one of the best meals I’ve ever had.”

So we tried out a recommended food truck & came back to eat & have a few drinks. Good atmosphere, prices were reasonable, locals were welcoming, & credit cards accepted.”

“In town for work and felt like picking up a sandwich at Subway. Walked in and was greeted by the staff at the counter. Ordered a footlong turkey sandwich. The staff were friendly and the sandwich was good. Would come back to this shop again in the future.”
