“The best bowl you’ll ever have. Period. Chipotle, Moe’s, Qdoba…not even close, and I’ve eaten them all hundreds of times (not an exaggeration).

I got the rice and steak bowl, no sauce because I want to taste the ingredients, and it couldn’t have been more flavorful. Perfect seasoning and balance, tender steak strips, and a substantial serving size…which is good because it’s not cheap. But it IS worth it. If you’re visiting or if you live here, try it.

Summer and Nicole were as bright and kind as you could be without seeming disingenuous. Juan himself was cool as hell too, a former US Coast Guard rescue swimmer and badass chef too, as it turns out.
