Tustamena deal with every Tom, Dick, and Harry to visit Alaska. They are 5 star and know quality AK product. Take care of your kill or catch and they have the rest. Nuf said.
Fred and staff are awesome. I take in both fish and game meat for processing and am always satisfied. Their cold smoke lox is by far the best I have ever tasted anywhere. Tried AK Sausage and Seafood last year with a portion of my red catch.... not even close to as good as Tustumena. Oh.. and Cajun smoked reds or pinks......better than anywhere else as well.
You won't find better smoked salmon in the area, no question about it. We partner with Tustumena Smokehouse to transform our sockeye catch into delicious dry salmon strips, and the flavor is incredible.
