“Very inviting atmosphere and gives an Alaskan rustic feel. Has items for purchase on shelves with pricing displayed. The coffee was delicious and drinkable temperature. The breakfast burritos were better than some others i have had from other places in the area. The ladies were professional, patient, and polite to every customer that walked through those doors. Great place for a coffee on a relaxed morning.”

“Amazing food with equally amazing service. Spent the summer in and out of Valdez and this was always one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat. 12/10 recommend. If you see a cruise ship in town, I’d recommend ordering ahead and getting it to go.”

“An excellent local gem! The restaurant has a solid historic AK vibe with cool memorabilia on the walls and super friendly staff and customers. I got the spicy meatballs appetizer and an 18” specialty pizza. I was truly impressed with the scratch made taste, quality and portion sizes, and the pizza could easily contend with an East Coast NY-Style pizza (I grew up in Jersey and lived off of that stuff). I also met the owner, Rick - a really good dude - so it makes sense that you can taste the love in the food. Also…their menu is waaaaay bigger than I expected, with lots more than just pizzas and apps. You’ll dig it.”

“Little hole-in-the-wall Subway that I wouldn't have been able to find in Valdez, had I not used Maps. LOL Very little signage, so I almost wondered if it was open. But inside, it's big, lots of seating, very clean, and bright. The best was the service. The staff was friendly and eager to help and great conversationalists, all while maintaining accuracy on your order. You don't get the same experience at the Wasilla Subway....”

“The snacks were diabetic friendly. Also had some home made cookies to go with the coffers. The two ladies working were friendly, courteous and accomidatimg. A must stop for coffee ☕ and a snack... and other goodies as well.”

“My husband and I ordered Salmom Alla Carta Cedro. It was the best salmon on our Alaskan trip. Great job, chef! Also we had to oay wit a different cc, so we thought we left it in our vehicle but a very kind and honest waitress found us on the street. we were so glad to have it back.”
